I have been waiting for a refund on my account since the first week of March 2018. I have received confirmation from your Debtors Clerk that the refund was approved and sent for payment, yet every time I request feedback I am told that the payment is with the Finance Manager? Can you please as a matter of urgency let me know how far you are with the refund for COE000015 as I will not wait any longer.

We changed the debit order for CSS to run off my account rather than my wifes 3 months ago and every month they have been double charging us now. Every time we call they agents are incompetent and nothing ever happens

I had filled out cancellation form at the end of December for cancellation of services at my flat which i have sold. I was told by Sizwe Sampson that my last debit order would be at the beginning of January and there after services will be cancelled. A debit order went off at the beginning of February and when i called in to query this i was told that my cancellation wasn't even processed. It was then cofirmed that it was processed and that the money for February will be refunded to me. This was on the 3rd of February. The money was still not refunded to me and i followed up with Sizwe again during the week of the 5th and he promised me that all services were cancelled and that the money will be refunded on the 10th of February. As i write this the money still hasn't been refunded, this is absolutely atrocious and unacceptable that a company of this stature operates in such a manner. I will never recommend CSS to any company or person ever again

I am horrified at the service I have received from CSS Security. We signed up with CSS because of the Parkhurst Safe Parks Initiative, but I am starting to wonder if we perhaps made a big mistake going over to CSS.

Our alarm was going off last Saturday evening, we received a call from CSS, but waited and waited for CSS to arrive. We called the call centers numerous times to enquire why no one had arrived to check out our premise, to which we were told that they were experiencing high volumes of alarms going off and they weren't sure when someone would be able to come through and check. We waited a total of FOUR hours. How is this acceptable?

It doesn't stop there. Three nights later, my alarm went off just after 9pm. I didn't even receive a call from CSS. I then called them. The response I received over the phone was pretty shocking. I was told that they didn't respond to my emergency because the reason for my alarm going off was due to the weather! I asked how they could be so sure and insisted that someone come and check my property. I was once again told that they were experiencing high volumes of alarms going off and they weren't sure when someone would be able to check my premises. What a joke! Someone came TWO hours later! I thought the whole idea of signing up with a security company is to know that when your alarm goes off for whatever reason someone will contact you and come and check your premises no matter what!

My decision is made, I need a new security company. I will be signing up with Cortac. I called CSS to ask what paperwork they need to cancel my contract to which I was told that I need to give them 30 days notice. I refuse to pay for another month when the service I'm paying for I'm not receiving. I would like my contract to be terminated with immediate effect so that I can take my business over to someone who will treat my security seriously!

Very shocking!

On 26 October 2015 CSS Tactical carried out repairs to faulty remotes.
The Job card amount was R310 which I paid in full on the same day and proof of payment was forwarded to CSS by email.
On 30 October I received an invoice from CSS for R310 by email. I immediately replied by emailing another copy of the proof of payment made on 26 Oct. I did not receive any response from CSS (Jessica Second).

At the end of December when I checked my bank statement I found the CSS had deducted R310 from my account. This was done without any authorisation and without any communication.
I had previously cancelled my debit order with CSS because of such unauthorised deductions but in spite of the debit order being cancelled they are still doing it.

When I spoke to Jessica today she refused to answer my questions and referred me to her manager Ryan Hope. Mr Hope's response to my objection to the unauthorised and unlawful deduction was that 'I should read my contract' and that CSS is entitled to do whatever deduction they want to.
How does one deal with a security company that has no regard for legal practices and who treats the client with such arrogance?
