Service fees have been withdrawn from multiple accounts by Nedbank for last month, No communications have been given by Nedbank. I found out myself and anytime I request explanation, it is "under investigation" and nobody is coming back to me. If a bank withdraws fees from many accounts and does not know why, this is already a major operational failure. Customers are entitled to transparency and accountability. A bank cannot just keep your money while “figuring it out.” Keeping money that may have been withdrawn in error without notifying customers is unacceptable. The Code of Banking Practice (South Africa) requires banks to Treat customers fairly, Inform customers promptly of errors, Correct errors quickly Two weeks without explanation or refund is too long, especially if it affects multiple accounts.. I am still waiting for a call from Kate Botsane.
My daughter, who is on my plan (classic priority - not cheap), has an upper airway obstruction and obstructive sleep apnea. These is an horrible experience for her and the ENT has to proceed with tonsillectomy. A deductible applies but may be waived under PMD conditions (acute upper airway obstruction). I had to literally dig all these information (only AI gives you the info online and you have to ask specific questions to the agents). The The way Discovery is operating is just outrageous and disgusting.
no communication and no professionalism
I can see that the the company is not doing its job and that drivers are just not professional. This morning I experienced a dangerous and rude driver JC 32 TH GP. I guess nobody cares in this company
Donovan requested for a favor (instant payment) which I tried but failed to do it. Then he was worked up about it sending inappropriate voice notes accusing me of ignoring him. In retaliation he did not send the invoice. One way stream!
Donovan is certainly helpful with repairing swimming pool. However his attitude is concerning.
When you renew your disk, it has to be delivered to you by Skynet. Unfortunately this company is very bad (as evidenced by the number of bad review here). They delivered in the middle of day without much notice. Because I was not there, the guy just hang up. I sent an email to them. They don't reply. You pay an expensive fee (more than R100) for an outrageous service. They (employees included) must not cry when this company will close down.
Not interested in your security but into making their benefits.
I have been a loyal customer for years despite the poor service at the branch each time. Their customer care is outrageous (as everyone can notice from the absence of reply to each of the concerns). Time to change! I also advise not to open an account with them.
I bought a HP laptop at game Cresta 9 days ago. During the installation it was slow. I was waiting the windows office licence before working with it. Today I then realise that the HP laptop is extremely slow and defective. I brought it back. However, the manager after consultation with the head office refused to exchange it (before the laptop is tested). I have no laptop to work at home. I am wasting time, money and energy. I am also treated with suspicion. This is unacceptable.
