Worst motor plan in the whole of South Africa. Did not reimbursee after I paid the workshop,after giving these numberous documents of proof of payment and everything they asked ,they keep asking me for the same document over and over again, disgusting, disgraceful, that they don't even view those documents you send them but keep asking you for it over and over...I'm very unhappy,over a month now still back and forth with the same thing,it seems like they ask the same genetic questions,to avoid paying, maybe they think you will get tired of asking for your money,if they frustrate you, maybe that's their tactic, appalling...don't take a warranty with these ****mers.
Worst bank ever,they wouldn't stop an unauthorised payment that was still pending , saying they need to investigate whether it's *****ulent and that I didn't accept the deduction from my account. Imagine telling your client,we need to investigate if it's *****ulent, when your client says it is, not even stopping the payment or even withholding the funds. Talk about zero customer service. Unlike Capitec I had I asked standard bank to reverse a payment that was debted twice and Standard bank immediately did it without distributing anything . Capitec ***** department don't give you a reference number to refer to ..it's like they call you a **** without saying it. When you contact them to give them proof it's ***** ,they say they will let you know what is needed. Slow response,no action, quite pathetic service. Seriously will have to take my business elsewhere with this no response from this company.
Imagine spending your whole day at home affairs from 9 ,for them to tell you at 1**** they not taking any more applications,you stand in the sun waiting and wasting your entire day,not eating or drinking anything ,just 2 days from your week that you have off and this what they do to you. They are inconsiderate and they lack of service or their non existent of service is appalling.. Absolutely disgusting
My car broke down in the northern cape 8 hours from where I live ,the engine needed to be replaced just over 1 month of buying this car from a dealership and taking a vehicle finance loan from the bank,which I still need to pay for the next 5 and half years,this car has been in northern cape since January, remtec wanted half the deposit to build an engine which they took in June , knowing that company is getting liquidated and still ******** money from people,last communication via email was 24 June saying they waiting for parts,the workshop where the car is was communicating with them but they were not answering emails nor calls,I tried calling the phone just rings and says the number is not available,so I started reading reviews when I saw that they have done this so many people,I'm so disappointed, disgusted, heartbroken to know that these people behave like common *******,I don't know what to do ? If anyone knows how to resolve this? Anyone can help me information,it will be greatly appreciated.
The crazy store in Western Cape,The Brighton square in Kraaifontein. Absolutely pathetic service. I went to buy helium balloons at this store. I was initially serviced by a younger lady,I told her was going to the gym and I would fetch it in an hour, so I paid for 3 helium balloons. She had told me that the foil balloon that she blew the valve was unable to seal so I would have to take another,so after an hour went back to the store,there was a older lady wearing an apron seemed to be a supervisor/manager for 26/4/2024. So the younger tried to grab the foil balloon that she had blown up as it was in the ceiling,and attempted giving to me ,so I said to her didn't you say that the balloon was not fine,older lady jumped in without hearing what was wrong with the balloon and said no it's fine,after the younger lady said what was wrong she said give her another balloon and she proceeded to say well there is nothing wrong with the balloon,just that valve wouldn't close. What was the point buying a balloon just to have the helium escape that made no sense to me? So the young lady asked me choose another balloon and now she put helium in other balloons,but she didn't put adequate amount of helium,so the balloons were small. I asked her is that the size of the balloons she said yes,I have bought balloons from crazy store before and it was never that small,but this was my first time at this store. I was very disappointed and I said that this looks terrible,the older lady was very arrogant and said in an annoying tone,is there something wrong,I told her if I wanted balloons this small I would have blown it myself,she than told the young lady to blow up new ones She told another customer who was at the till who was paying it's too early for this ,making an comment at me by this customer,I did not appreciate her disgusting attitude and will never go there again,she proceeded to look at me while using to burst the small balloons. I wanted to say so much but I just reframed from doing so,this ruined my entire mood and day. I have never expected such terrible customer care from any other crazy store i visited.
I visited gym company today and was told that I owe them R2000,when coivd first started in 2020, I stopped going gym in the same year my contract expired. I was told I needed to cancel my expired contract, and the gym is still charging me gym fees even though I have not used it. This is not good practice,how can a gym charge u for not using their gym as well ask you to cancel an expired contract, disgusting I refuse to a victim to these thieves, and will not pay a cent to rogues.
I'm so tried of mtn, I was charged R1595 last month on my R399 account, I visited the Galleria branch on Sunday 26th September and got no assistance, the staff are unhelpful and service is poor, when I asked why was I charged so much, she asked which branch I took my contract and said she can't help me as the contract ended on 6 September and they are charging normal rates, I never got a call saying the contract ended or it will end, when I asked must I cancel an expired contract, she said yes, when I asked to speak to a manager, she stated there was no manger, when I asked to speak to a manager, she said there was no manger,I asked for an email she said there is no email.. unlike telkom whom actually call you to update you, mtn are a bunch of thieves. I was told you cannot cancel your expired contract on a Sunday as that department is closed. I called several times on Monday, got nowhere, waited on the line for more than 30 minutes at a time, spent R300 on airtime as I use vodacom. Finally found an email on Google and emailed numerous times, still no luck, in cancelling an expired contract, at one time I spoke to an operator took my number down and told me she will call back, no call. With no success I pulled out my router hoping that it I'll help I was charged again today R1595 without using any data for 1 month. Going forward I don't know what else to do. What do you do when they say, you can't cancel an expired contract, only by calling, but no one answers your call. I have now stopped the debt order and lodged a complaint with the ombudsman. Please someone assist me what can I do. Its heartbreaking to work so hard and have a company to Rob you 2 months in a row for R1595. Mtn are thieves, I suggest never to have a contract with these people.
