What an amazing unit to stay in. This unit is on the ground floor, at the private residence. It is so beautiful, clean, and we will definitely come back. The resort is 10 stars, enjoyed the different pools, and restaurant, as well as the spa.
Useless beyond words. Openserve deactivated without reason. After customer care contacted me and promised the unlimited Openserve to be sorted out, nothing has happened. The only answers that Vodacom gives is the problem will be escalated.... what a joke. It has been escalated since 15 Nov. Blame shifting is their only answers.
Openserve deactivated our account through Vodacom.... for no reason. They do NOT have capable people to help resolve the problem. Problem has been for four days with no answers from Openserve or Vodacom. Vodacom now cashing in as client need to buy data, as Openserve Unlimited is not working. PATHETIC.... WAKE UP!!!!!
Vodacom clients being deactivated on Openserve wifi for no reason. It has been four days with no answers, and meanwhile customers are forced to buy data.... think this is a nice **** from Vodacom to force clients to buy data.... as their wifi unlimited from Openserve has been disabled. And Vodacom doesn't have any answers.... this needs to be investigated. They don't even have reference numbers for complaints to be followed up.
If I could give them 10 stars... I would. From reception, Thembi - to the wine pairing lunch, stay over and breakfast - was perfect. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and spacious with every thing you need. Ten stars to the chef and waiters, you really spoil your clients. See you soon.
Pathetic beyond words. Had to do transfer, only to be told account is on hold, they need Fica documents, gave them all the documents, after spending two hours at Heidelberg branch. But also I received no communication from Absa to ask for Fica documents. The hold was still not lifted. Consultant just shrugs her shoulders, eish... nothing they can do. That is Africanacity!
Pathetic is a word that can't even describe the worst service of this awful bank. Absa Heidelberg, don't waste your time and money to go to that bank. If you have a problem they can't help you, they do blame shifting and don't worry about you as customer. They blocked my account, and now no one knows why, and no one can unblock it... Keep passing the blame.
