I am really having a bad experience with Gugu Makanya from hydepark holsboer vacations, I had to cancel my accommodation due to unforseen circumstances. But now it's been already 14 days since I have received my refund, she for my bank details,I sent a screenshot, she says no screenshot s allowed , I sent her my full bank statement directly how I receive from the bank and I gave my I.d number because it is password protected, but she tells me she can't the refund because it password protected. Come on man holsboer management, I can't deal with such *********** staff.everything has been given to her but she still does not want to assist. When payment was being made there was no problem, now it's a mission to get my funds back and you guys are still penalizing from canceling, please man I can be suffering for so long

Power assistance from McDonald's silverlakes, my wife really needed to use the toilet, the 1 staff member allowed her and the others, chased her back out after she was already allowed inside .. You really need to check your staff's and the normal ethics, clearly they don't have empathy...I'm disgusted in their behavior.. McDonald's Silverlakes Pretoria, is definitely a no go zone ...Poor service, disgusting manners..

Constantly telling me,I have documents outstanding, but everything I ask what documents outstanding, nobody is giving me a response. I've sent more than 5 email queries and call numerous times, but nobody is helping me with this matter .

Tymebank has Failed me. The only good thing about Tymebank is the zero charges But that does not make up for half of the incompetence I recieved these past 2 days, I spoke to Maria and,Lwqazi yesterday and not 1 of them could transfer me through to the fraud department, I kept on calling and getting Maria,everytime she needs to get me through to fraud, she drops the call, lwazi the same thing ,,drops the call. Spoke lindiwe from fraud also yesterday, telling me shescllng to unlock y account,t all the information she's confirming has nothing to do with my bank account. For a company that only hires people with banking experience, none of the people sounded equipped or trained enough to do their well enough. For a digital bank ,you guys still havea looooonģ way to go still,I've being struggling to get my account unlocked for the past week now,after your fraud team dissapoìnted me,trying to make it seem like it.my fault for loosing my money... Went to to 2 different kiosks near by,thokozile mlambo from boxer brach,tried her best help me ,,but Ayanda from fraud was the last person I spoke to,she was supposed to be helping me unlock my account, instead she says somebody is going to call me in 5minutes,that was at 11,it's àlmost 2hours later and I'm still waiting for he to call me back. I waited for 45inutes in boxer,before I left,You have failed me with my fraud matter ,now you can't unlock my account so I can get the last bit of money I have. Digital is not tymebank, a joke maybe,but definitely not Digital or customer friendly...it was easy to block my account ,now its mission to unlock my account . Rather stick to making video games, because this digital banking thing, you guys are in it way above your heads..you guys are sinking... I just need the little I still have, so I can live please
Zane Evans:Principal of KLIPTOWN Secondary School in Eldorado Park Falsly accused A learner of being of taking drugs ,he and learner's teacher did not give the learner any chance to explain themselves, they automatically made the assumption that he is doing drugs,while the students in question runaway. Clearly if a student doesn't run away,it mean they have nothing to hide, the student was then suspended from school and advised to only come back once the student has taken a drug Test from SANCA, the students came back with the proof from SANCA stating that he Negative from any drugs, but the principle still persists that it was a fraudulent drug Test, The teacher was also questioned and asked if they actually saw the student with any drugs ,the teacher then confirm she didn't see the student with actual drugs. This principle is so rude and does not have any manner,he could not even apologize for the mistake that he and the teacher has made . The student is in matric and I am really in fear that he might get picked on,singled out from the other students by the teacher and the principal.He is loosing out on valuable school time ,as he was suspended falsly I am pleading the department of education do something about this and reprimand the teacher and principal for the actions ,I mean they made such a big scene of the student being on drugs and now they have been proved wrong, I am really in fear the student and he really needs to focus as it is his final year in school. There's no need for uneccessary tormenting from teacher and principal.
Poor service from Ubunye Property management and DV attorneys... I'm a new homeowner. I RECIEVED A STATEMENT OT DOCUMENT FRIM DVH ATTORNEYS ,SAYS MY WATER AND LIGHTS ARE OAID UO UNTIL THE 30TH NOVEMBER, BUT THEN I RECIEVE A STATEMENT FRIM UBUNYE GROUP, STATING IM OWING A BILL IF CLOSE TO 3000 ,FOR NOVEMBER ,BUT WE STILL IN OCTOBER ,AND BARE IN MIND I HAVE MIVED IN TO MY PROPERTY AS YET, BUT IM GETTING A WATER AND LIGHTS BILL FOR NOVEMBER ,WHILE IN OCTOBER ...I QUESTIONED THE ITHER CHARGES ON THE STATEMENT,THE LADY MELISSA, JUST REMOVED THE CHARGE I WAS QUESTIONING ABOUT ...I ASKED BITH ATTORNEYS AND UBUNYE TO GIVE CLARITY ON WHAT IT HAPPENING ,AND NOBODY CAME BACK TO ME SINCE THE 20TH October...really poor assistance from both sides ..
