Poor management
The sr that admitted my mother refused speaking to give an update over my mother's health since they were monitoring her,I've asked if they can answer the fone and give feedback they refused and said I should call the reception, even that I've tried since 17h27 but no one answer the fone but instead they forwarded it,and end up just ringing

THIEFS RENDERING THE STORE
There's toomuch of thiefts walking around boxer store in groblersdal, my son was marked a year ago,I took it lightly but now is my mother on Thursday on the 3rd they took the whole money R1400 plus coins and a cellphone the lady's tried to ask around in the shop no ones seemed to see anything, I went in the shop on Friday the 4th to speak to a manager he told me he had about the incident and he remembered that, I asked about the cameras how come they c nothing because is everydays story!the reason is the thiefs seemed to know we're the cameras end,why and how come if they not working with some of the staff,MY REQUEST TO BOXER SHARE HOLDERS AND THE BOARD TO MAKE AMENTS TO THIS is so painful to see food been taken away from our family imean is aSASSA money it wasn't only her but someone of her age too u can ask me iwil respond to that iam enough with the Boxer drama that's why I write about it,(private security is needed egently in a store I also volunteer to work when iam around g/dal)

Excellent service
Today as I entered Lewis store, the atmosphere was different, the cashier service was excellent, the lady by the name Mrs Tsakani Mayana,she was at my service and also apologized for the error she said about the arrears, she was perfect I plead with Lewis store erea managers to hire most staff like Mrs Tsakani Mayana,who knows how to explain and apologize ,thanx Mr Mel for the service I got today.

Poor service
I got divorce on the 9th September 2021,even now iam waiting for my degree of divorce, I went to collect they said they do from 8hoo to 12hoo Monday to Wednesday, the second week I went they said they offline is how long now,my lawyer went to collect they told him they off line,what a person should do in this state,?.iam thinking of my policy's because I should remove my spouse. My divorce took place in mamelodi court G.

Poor customer service
Iam a very disappointed and unsatisfied with the store Lewis in Denlyn mall Mamelodi, I send my son to pay the installment at this store, he was told by the cashier of that day on the 29/10/21 at 11h14 that the acc is in areas he must pay R800 of which the installment is R650 and I pay R700 every month on July month the areas were -R70 and they called July 30th which I went to pay,from there I got the story of areas everymonth.now I talked with the cashier through the fone for clarity how do I have arrears we're as iam paying more and on the bottom slips it where as no arrears but top right it shows -141,I asked the clarification there she seemed not to understand and told me I should come to the shop which is not my first-time of that type of a question, ,that irritates me a lot,I would like Lewis store furniture in Denlyn mall to have a regular visit by area managers blacks and White's maybe they will be a change of customer service, why I also mention that, is because when I go pay i will wait for more than 20min it doesn't matter to them,u find cashier counting money right there,the staff should be trained to respect money and customers.
