1. I got a quote of R4500.00 2. I asked when delivery would be as in writing he rep**** BEFORE FRIDAY 3. I see that it states PART LOAD on quote. Not knowing the terminology I have no idea what that means and thus I asked when I would get delivery 4. When it was time to collect, a company called and asked if they could collect the next day as they were busy 5. I said No as then I knew I would not get it on the Friday as promised 6. They asked what time company closed and I informed them at 4pm 7. They got there at 4:16 to be precise and could not collect 8. They then had to go the next day 9. Duncan then charged me a further R2200.00 for the collection as he said he had no money to pay for this 10. I was held hostage as I had already paid him R3000.00 11. I asked when I would now get delivery 12. His reply as soon as you pay and we can collect he will tell me 13. I paid 14. He then said I would get it on Saturday 15. They collected not the next day but the following day…so 2 days late 16. Every time I asked about delivery I was told…When it is there you will get it 17. I was then told I would get it on Tuesday this week 18. Then on Wednesday 19. I finally got it today THURSDAY a complete week later than originally promised 20. I am extremely disappointed. I like giving people an opportunity to improve themselves and make a living. This service was the absolute worst ever 21. What am I looking for as an outcome a. A written apology for lying and rudeness and shocking service b. My extra R2200.00 back I do admit my attitude in the end was rude and uncalled for. Even though he **** and stole my money he is still a person and I should not have gone down to his level.
The product is beautiful. The service is dismal. One lie after another. Had a panel that just shattered. No explanation. This is after my system was installed less than a year ago. Told ordered glass as a panel as a security urgency. Found out that the panel was only ordered 4 days later. Told the marks down the centre of each and every panel 32 in total is not a defect. Never knew I ordered glass with marks down the centre. Had Johan Lampbrecht and Johan Vermaak both come out and told that FG Frameless Glass Durban does not exist anymore. Now my warranty is carried by???????
I am extremely upset.I placed an order yesterday 111983030 and 11983032. Both for the same people. I was charged 2 lots of delivery which was not the end of the world BUT one order was delivered and not the other they were meant to go together with one card. So disappointed, Now the non delivered order has been mis routed and only delivery tomorrow,
I was given a settlement amount. Paid it and informed I would get a settlement letter within 24 hours. NOTHING . I keep calling and promised it will be there within the day. STILL NOTHING. My life is in limbo without this but still nothing and no one cares. Cannot get hold of anyone in authority. Now they simply put down the phone on me. Even gave me the wrong name of person in charge
