If it was possible to give a half a star I would. Firstly, it's my partner and daughters first time here. We drove quite a distance because we saw this place on social media. The food is overpriced. I had a light meal that cost so much. Food is unappetising. Oh let's not forget the best part. There was a hair in my partner's food. Still to date nothing has been done. I was simply told the manager is not there. Let's go to the child minders. Completely not interested in being there. At some point I had to ask my partner to go and assist my daughter because not one person actually watched the children. Truly disappointing. I'm disgusted that they are still in business and that an accident hasn't happened to a child yet. Because trust me what I saw was just pathetic.
Whenever I purchase a meal from Burger King Mall of the South. They never have milkshake. Either their machine is broken or they come up with another excuse. I'm so tired of this same problem I experience whenever I buy food from them. In my opinion they should just close down their business. Maybe then we'll get some good food. Instead processed oily buns
I am a single female and recently experienced problems with my CV joints. I took the car in to Bosch service in Ridgeway. They took almost a whole week to fix the part I had to miss work because of their delay. There was professionalism when I confronted the owner instead he walked away. Not only did they overcharge me for the service but they took longer than was required. The arrogance the owner had made me really consider who else they treat this way. Absolutely sad and pathetic.
