Worst customer service ever. Emails go unanswered. Services get cut even though you paid and calls be dropped when you speaking to them and they never bother to call you back. Rather go elsewhere
Dr Sm Lelaka operates from Life Carstenhoff Hospital and is a paediatrician who assists in the hospital with newborns. Please note that she and her receptionist are very fast to give you their business card but know that they are not availble to assist in case of emergencies as the doctor is always on leave and they refer you to the ER / Trauma unit where there is no paedtrician. They are unable to refer you to other paediatricians probably because no one wants to assist them due to their pathetic service. Also there are many days when there is no answer when you try calling. The doctor does not give out her cell number or any alternate number. When you do try to make an appointment for 6 weeks/6months etc, you have to book a month in advance and when the day comes for the appointment you get told by the receptionist who is always very course a day before that they have to move the appointment as the doctor is busy or has another appointment. I have obliged previously but am now tired of these constant excuses and poor service received from this doctor and her practice. The doctor is more on leave than at work. Rather you stay far away from this doctor and find another
Was referred to them by the insurance company.. Delayed my repair by 3 weeks due to incompetence. Bad communication and terrible customer service. The owner, Lee, was also unhelpful when the matter was escalated to him numerous times by the insurance .The alternative service provider assisted immediately and the problem rectified timeously. Stay away from Supreme Assist or you will be left disappointed.
I purchased sealed Lead Acid Afribatt batteries from the store at 1 Electron Avenue Linbro Park, JHB. I later found out that the batteries were old stock confirmed by the date on the battery and the fact that they could not hold charge. The voltage levels were fine but no charge could be held. I then purchased Forbatt batteries from another supplier and they worked fine. No issues at all. Armed with the above proof that the issue is with the batteries that were purchased from Electrocomp, I went back to the store with the invoice and defective batteries that they sold me within the warranty period. The saleman, Julio, told me that that he will get back to me. I waited for over an hour whilst they had the defective batteries with them. I was then told by Julio that his Financial manager will not take the batteries back although they are defective and confirmed old batch but he will get back to me when his line manager arrives at work the next day. Long story short and 1 month later with lots of lies being told by the salesman Julio who I had to keep on contacting as not once did he have the decency to get back to me, I have now been told that any goods sold by them must be returned within 7 days if faulty. This is a good example of ripping off the consumer. Any where else that sells these batteries have a minimum of 1 year warranty, should there be a problem with the battery. Here I have proven that the batteries sold were old stock and batteries from an alternate supplier worked fine. I would advise that nobody deals with a company like this who will knowingly sell you defective goods and refuse to take it back
On their pamphlet for 27 April - 2 May 2022, they advertise Chromebook laptops with a guaranteed trade in offer. It states "Trade in any old laptop and get a guaranteed minimum of R3000 off your new Chromebook" . This is a hoax as I found out today. I went to Mall of Africa branch and waited over an hour as their system was offline. When they finally were online they told me that they could not find the model no of my Dell laptop and hence can only offer me R45. I asked them how is this possible when their add says R3000 minimum. They could not offer me an explanation besides that they needed the model no. I went back to my car switched on my laptop and found the model no. I decided to go to Centurion mall branch as the staff at Mall of Africa are terribly rude. Centurion Mall branch tech support lady told me that their system does not work with Dell laptops. I queried how is this possible as this is not what the ad states. She then told me she cannot find the model no. I switched on the laptop and showed it to her. She then offered me R145 for my Dell i5 laptop. I then called the manager as this was ridiculous and a total waste of my time. He told me he will go check with his emails. He then returned 30 mins later to tell me the trade in offer only applies to a HP i7 laptop. I told him the ad did not state this and he had no answer. What a bunch of crooks, they need to be held accountable for this!!!
Awesome sales and customer service. Also available on weekends and public holidays is a plus. Glad to be part of the family👍
