I took a loan with them in 2023 lost my job, while I was paying the well before, contacted them in June 2024 they said my account was handed over to Debt tec... never have I ever had these problems getting ahold of them over the phone, call atlas finance to explain in Johannesburg they say they can't help. Eventually in August I go to the branch in midrand a guy sends an email. I make a payment of R8577.11 as per settlement letter sent to me. In September 26. Until today, this shows on my credit records this payment shows I have never paid them... I can't do anything including finding a job due to this. My reference number was 2572590 . I stay in Midrand grand central Apartments, this company is not good at all. i have not had electricity for the passed 2 days right, its not my fault. its their fault because they did somthing to the system. everyone is complaining about the same thing saying they bought electricity but can not load it, my turn came I bought before i could even run out, but no its not going through. now I have to sleep in the dark, my meat in the fridge is now spoilt because its off. know body knows what is going on in that call centre, the ladies just give you a number I used that Number for atleast 8 times its not working, this morning I called they said someone would call me and is booked to go to my place, where at as I'm at work. One told me that I must miss a day at work for them to come, No.... they just said they have booked a ticket and they will call me. Even city power is better than this. no how does it work since electricity is so expensive and yet. we are being treated this way.
I did my loan application on 21/08/2023, and still, today is 23/08/2023 I have not received any money in my account. I did my debit order approval on the same day but nothing. this Friday money will be debited from my account without me receiving the funds. it's even difficult for me to cancel this debit order because Nedbank does not do that on the app. meaning I have been ****med.
My Name is silondile Dube, i made arrangements to pay an amount of R2700.00 as i was settling the other account. however the company kept taking an amount of R4700.00 a month, i have been dealing with a lady named Pinky Gidzana. she assured me that i will be refunded the Double debiting that happened on my account as i did not agree on this. i am a single mom, so i need my money i was promised my refund on Friday by Pinky, i have all the email sent to her, the whole day today she is quite. when i called i spoke to a man he said that he was transferring my call to Jeanette from Accounts, Jeanette did not pick up my call, i asked for a settlement letter for 1 settled account i did not get that, I asked for a statement for the rest of the accounts that i am paying i still did not get one. So i now don't know what to do my R1965.55 have been taken just like that without me agreeing to be over charged and me being block from reversing this extra payment as i have been doing for the pasted 3 months. it seems like the guys there don't know what they are doing as its just double debiting for settle. how do i settle the rest of my account with them when they can not be trusted with my banking details which i now have to go to the bank and change
