The food at Bennigans at Sunward Lifestyle Center in Boksburg is amazing! We savored every morsel of our dinner. I had no idea that hake could taste that good! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his steak. The mud pie desert is to die for! If you haven't already tried their food, you're missing out.
I purchased 4 items in total online. I was made to wait while one staff member failed to locate any of my purchases. Another eventually located 3 packages and I was told that the manager would call me the very next morning once my 4th purchase was located for collection. That day has passed and I'm still waiting for the call and feedback on my misplaced package. Truworths at Mall@ Carnival desperately need an efficient system of storing their online packages for collection. It is evident that their current system fails their customers. I am appalled and exceptionally frustrated at this lack of service. Furthermore, although a sanitiser exists at the entrance of the store, it seems non-mandatory as people walk in without sanitising and touch and try on clothes, shoes, and accessories. Not to mention the cashiers who touch the id's, documents, or cards of the people who don't sanitise when entering - and then the cashiers touch our i.d's without sanitising between assisting customers. Come on Truworths at Mall @ Carnival - this is unacceptable, frustrating, and gives us customers a bad impression of the brand as a whole.
The only reason Telkom gets one star is because we cannot proceed without allocating a star. They don't deserve this much. I phoned Telkom over the past few months confirming that I needed to cancel a subscription which comes to an end towards the end of November. I phoned again - this time to ensure there is no continuation of the contract at the end of its term. I was told by a rather lacklustre call center employee that I should go into the store to do this since I needed to go into the store in any event for something unrelated. I then called again yesterday, to be told by another call center agent that this can only be done online (no indication of how). I googled it, and then discovered whilst attempting to ensure that I am not billed in December for a service whose contract is coming to an end at the end of November, that there was no option for what I wanted to do! In addition, there is a fine print clause stating there could be penalties for certain cancellations if not within 30 days. How utterly ridiculous is Telkoms atrocious after sales service? The purchase process was easy enough. Having a contract coming to its end should be automatically terminated on Telkoms side on the end of contract date. Should a customer want any further service with them, we'll let them know (although with their lack of customer service, it would be highly unlikely). This is unacceptable and ensures that I will never do business with Telkom again.
