Unprofessional and useless service ever
What's wrong with you zoom fibre every month I have to encounter a problem with your service yet I use my money to pay ,you don't respond to WhatsApp and emails 5 day now without internet and I want my day back I won't pay for mahala.

Extend the due date
Hi pep store can you please at least extend the due date to children grant to avoid putting arrears to our account because I am using grant's money to pay my account hence I'm using it for my kids hopefully my plea will be heard thank you
