I’ve been unable to make a booking for a visa application for nearly two months, as the system constantly says there are no free slots available. Then, when I finally managed to find a single slot open, it said my account had been restricted due to too many booking attempts. I contacted their support team, only to be told they were closed at 3pm on a weekday, even though their office hours are supposedly until 4pm. Even Home Affairs is more functional than VFS. I can’t believe how dysfunctional this company is.
Ordered 2 items from Everyshop on 1 June and have only received half my order 2 and half months later despite logging numerous complaints with their support team.
Initially put in a request to transfer ISPs on 23 October 2021 and the transfer finally took place on 23 December 2021 and everything working perfectly until Frogfoot incorrectly terminated the fibre line on 1st January 2022. After multiple calls to both our ISP and Frogfoot directly, we are still sitting with a dead line 8 days later and Frogfoot is unable to give a reason why it is taking so long to activate a line that has been provisioned by the ISP and when it will actually be usable again. They are however happy to continue billing us for the line. I have never had anything like this dealing with either Vumatel or Octotel.
Dealing with the Host Africa team is always an absolute pleasure! Jeandre, Ryno, Joanna and the rest of the support and billing team consistent provide exceptional service and always respond to queries quickly & resolve them efficiently. The performance, uptime and value of their hosting services are also top notch. Still a very happy customer after nearly 2 years of being with them!
