Hi I must comment the above mentioned company for their outstanding services rendered from start(placing an order) to finish(delivery) what a pleasent experience for a online shopper, all of my expectations were met! The high quality product, the value for money price and the service level towards the end user fast and efficient Awesome work keep it up Michelle and Linda and all who were involved in this transaction. Vodacom fibre 082 1904 to be exact Hi all I've never experienced a problem like this before and never expected it from the likes of Vodacom but yes never say never. I recently 3/08/22 signed up for a fibre deal on promotion 50/50mbps, R699 Pm (R149 off for 24 months) = R550 Pm. I was approved the next day 04/08/22. Excited with great service up until this point. Now! it took them 3 weeks or 16 working days to deliver the router, already I wasn't impressed, After scrutinizing the fibre confirmation letter I picked up a discrepancy at the difference in price, what was advertised at that point in time and what I signed up for. OK so I think to myself mistakes happen! But also this can be rectified. I opt to call them and explain and log a service request, days later I receive an sms service request closed without any communication I'm left with a blank thought. So I call in again and start from scratch again.. Highly frustrated..! And yet another service request. Again I receive another sms service ticket closed without any communication again and this goes on. I try a different approach by walking into a store they say they don't deal with online queries but nice enough to call them for me and yet again I have to start from scratch another ticket created another sms ticket closed no communication and it goes on too much to mention Last attempt I tried calling in requesting a recording be made available to me just from the day I signed up telephonically and also asked to speak to a fibre sales manager, by my count using my cellphone call log as reference 6 times and bear in mind my personal number is not vodacom so at my own account. After all my failed attempts and calls this issue is still not resolved. The managers don't even have the decency to return at least 1 of my calls and it's part of their job description. Vodacom should change the slogan "We’re looking forward to you joining our family!" Or get rid of the bad apples that tarnished their name
The most unprofessional e-commerce company Unreliable they don't reply to emails nor do they answer your calls or what's apps They don't have stock on hand. I ordered an item on 4-01-2022 since then haven't received any communication from them. Last I followed up they said it would be delivered but no tracking number was sent to me or ever created. This is just daylight robbery. They make a lot of mistakes I have proof now I'm struggling with my refund cannot get through to them no answer once again nobody takes responsibility up until today 24-03-2022 no reply whatsoever
Had this policy for a long time with all my cars never had a problem in the past(before covid) this week I submitted a claim its been rejected I tried calling in spoke to a very unhelpful person PENNY, who refuses to put you through to management and insist you send an email to sipho and that's it this is how they render their services which I think is pathetic if one cannot use a means of a communicating channel and forced to use the other. I am really put of by this experience I feel like canceling my policy! They are definitely not doing what they are selling you! Fact
