My two kids goes to Alston primary school, I love the school and I am happy with the school. The school has the best principal, best teachers and receptionist. The school feels at home. My two kids are the leaners at Alston primary school, I app**** on line for admission to grade 2 to my third child. I app**** on time during first application but never got placement, second application opened but never got placement, instead I got transferred to another school that I don't even know. I paid for school fees even paying extra considering that application of my third child would be covered maybe will only pay little amount. I apply for grade 1 at Alston primary school in Leondale for 2026. I was one of the first applicants but I never got placement, my two kids are going to Alston primary school, second applications from GDE website opened, still no placement, I asked at school if no space that was when collecting reports in December and was told there is still a space. I then phoned GDE and was told to wait until everyone to be placed, after the placement closing date my kid was transferred to the school I do not even know. I have paid for school fees of R10 000. 00 in advance hoping my child will be taken in Alston primary school. School uniform is ready that given to him by his elder brother. School transport gives discounts straight do I have to lose all the benefits because GDE failed to give me reason why they can't place my child so that I can fix it. Now I don't know what should I do as my child is very stressed that he is not taken to the school his siblings goes to. I had a car insurance with budget insurance that I have cancelled in June 2025. I even phoned them again to double checked if my policy is cancelled. I also requested for a letter as a proof. To my surprise they debited my money that I need to take my son to the doctor. My debits runs on the 26th of every month months, they never debit on that day. I had three differents covers, two for Triber, Renault car individually and one for house building structure. I requested all to be cancelled, on my late conversion I was told all covers were deactivated. But on the 30 Triber insurance debited. Pls help me so that They reverse my money, as I never have any agreement with budget insurance, I bank with capitec and my app can't stop nor reverse the money, capitec bank told me they can't help me either as budget might deal with them. Good day Please help me get my salary, I worked from 22 April 2025 and was told I will get my salary in may, but I never got it, they now taking me from pillar to post, they sent me my drivers records statement to create voicemail that they will use to pay me, I made a means to get it done. According to them they said after asking why am I not getting paid they said I have to work months of May then I will get paid on the 15 of June, they failed to pay me on the day promised, then was told in 5 to 7 days. I am always after them, they even told me to pay me half of my salary on Saturday the 28th of June, they claiming the companies they providing transport haven't paid them as well. I have a family to feed, please help me get my salary, they are coming with many stories and they last story is I should create a new invoice as that one is wrong, I sent them back what was initially sent to me by them then no future communication from them. How possible one work full months and told later you should work and get paid on the end of the second month's, now they even introduced 30 % that they take but that all were not discussed before. That company is proving service to MSC cruises from wood mead, Clear sources at we work building. Please help me get my salary I am not fighting with them I just want my money, I used my own car and my own petrol to do that job, all risk were on me but yet no salary. I have a home loan with FNB, my account is in arrears. I made some arrangements with one of the consultants and I am committed to that arrangements of which is R1700 extra. My problem is they now send my account to sherif and they say I should make an arrangements on how I should pay the areas. I am not sure if the arrangements made is no longer enough. Two years back they took double installment meaning I paid twice without them giving me warning and that time my account was up to date. Now I made some arrangements but still they want another arrangements. Why can't they inform me that that arrangements is no longer enough. Jane Mulaudzi
I have a parcel from Shein with tracking number BUFZA5111791626YQ that failed to be delivered yesterday by Buffslo corrier. I changed phone number however i tried phoning them to update my new phone number from since Monday this week but the phone number provided on their Buffalo page just ring with no answer then I send them emails and watsapp but no respond. I send then my new number they can be able to reach me but they not using it instead they documented on my Shein tracking parcel page that parcel returned due to no phone answering. Now they want to charge me extra money for the rearangement of delivery. To my surprise when did that started to charge extra money where as their communication is very bad. It is December I need money and they want extra money from me after I paid a lot of customs money. The next thing they will be informing me that my parcel is shipped back to Shein what kind of abuse is that. They don't communicate well and they don't read emails and watsapp but they very good in informing you and when you respond back they don't take or consider your comments.
I was promised to get email which I never received it till today, email was supposed to have attached consumer documents pertaining policies of the fact that if pesticide might be the cause of the stove damage then the warranty get voided. The purchase slip I have signed for doesn't contain any pesticides information. Samsung should you have attended to my problem three months after the purchase I wouldn't be having this kind of problem because it started with one plate and I reported to House and home and to Samsung as well. Samsung professionally refuse to help me by saying it is a connection problem, now you are saying it is pesticide. How sure are you that pesticide break my stove? All the allegation are to show you don't value your client happiness you only want money period. Please fix my stove and stop making me to regret using your appliances. Thanking you in advance.
Hi Samsung is not repairing my stove from May 2021 till today. The stove was purchase at HOUSE and HOME in Alberton. Samsung technician came to fix only oven but couldn't fix my four touch plates. The technician said he will quote me for wires / coil to replace old burned one but he never did that. The warrantee / guarantee expired in 2021/10/02 but fortunately enough I extend warrantee to 2023/10/02. House and home store told me nothing they can do and they can't give me back my money of extending warrantee. I humbly accept that the ****roaches got burned inside the plates and instead of the stove to kill the ****roaches then both plates and ****roaches died. I was never warned about that touch stove that is very sensitive only information is given after the damage. My question is what was the reason of giving me warrantee and for convincing me to extend warrantee. If they cannot fix my stove. My R9468.00 ( SUMSUNG touch stove) plus R1298.00 ( Extension of warrantee) was a waste. Problem encountered three months after purchase till to date no solution.
Hi FNB home loan has debited twice on the 26 of October 2021 . On the 28 of October I phoned to inform them the error that has happened on my bank account. I was then told that the money will be reversed on Monday the 01/11/2021. On the Second of November 2021 I phoned to inform them that I haven't receive my money as they promised then I was told that, it was because of the holiday on the 01/11/2021, then I asked when will I get my money back, they said within 48 hours or two to three working days. I waited until Friday the firth. On Saturday (06/11/2021) I went to the branch I told the manager who tried to phone home loan to understand the hold up. I then learned that my case is not attended by FNB home loan. The Branch manager said he is escalating this matter . Today ( 08/11/2021) as I am writing I haven't received my money back or any communication from FNB HOME LOAN. I am pulling so hard this months as I never expected such a thing, I had to borrow money to pay for kids pre-school, money for my transport to work let alone food. I could have understood it if they told me that debit will run twice. As much as they are very quick to inform me if debit failed to run through they should still use the same moods and energy to inform me of what is happening and when will I receive my money back. I am now suffering with my kids. I am humbly requesting that FNB home loan should reverse my money back as soon as possible. I don't know what to feed my three kids till my pay day on the 26. My other worries is what if this problem happen again. I bank with FNB my pay salary goes to FNB account so FNB can not reverse the money only FNB home loan can. Thanking you in advance.
