I bought a wikideal for our anniversary. I have never been here before and did not know what to expect. The only thing I did on arrival was sweep the deck. Everything else was perfect. If you enjoy peace and quiet then this is the place. I am **** scared of spiders and we encountered one rain spider but I survived. I even heard an owl during the night. Susan is the best person on this planet. You can even talk to Susan on WhatsApp. Even though she was having a family crisis that weekend she rep**** to my messages. I want to believe we are now friends. We are already planning our next stay.
I had an ABSA credit card and got a call from MDB to say the account was handed over. I setup an automatic monthly payment to MBD for R500. I settled the account last year 7 July 2023. I forgot to cancel the automatic payment so at the end of July the payment went off my account again. I send MBD an email to notify them with the paid up letter, the proof of payment and a copy of my ID at the beginning of August 2023. I had no response from MDB. I have made numerous enquiries. I called MBD and asked to speak to the financial manager in October 2023. I got an answering service and left messages and nobody has returned my calls. On the 20th of November 2023 I received a reply to my emails to send the proof of payment and copy of my ID again. Here is my reply: Hi Hilda I don't want o sound rude but are you frigin serious right now? This is the email right at the bottom of this email trail on the 8th of August 2023. It is three and a half months later and now you ask me for stuff I send to you right at the beginning? This is pathetic to say the least! Hi Hilda I just realize I never send you the email you requested. I forgot to remove the automatic payment for MDB from my bank account so a payment of R500 for end of July went through even though the account is paid up. I have attached the proof of payment, copy of my ID and the paid up letter. Regards Kevin M. 0847266923 I have now send more emails on the 28th of November 2023 and the 21st of December 2023. Still no response. The person on the emails are Hilda Matsane. I have even WhatsApp this person and had no response.
I Kevin Marais replaced all four my tyres with Goodyear 195/55/15 tyres at Goodhope Tyres Woodstock on my Chery J5. Two weeks later the one tyre was flat in my drive way. I took the tyre back on 3 August 2015 and upon inspection they found that the tyre had a crack. They advise me that the Goodyear rep will fetch the tyre and they will let me know regarding replacement. I had no response. I called them on Monday 21 September and Mulandi told me that the rep was in hospital and that she will call me back the same day. I wanted to know if Goodyear only had one rep. It is now three weeks later and I have still not heard from them.<br> So more than two months has passed since I handed in the tyre. The service is pathetic to say the least!
I live in Goodwood - Cape Town. My Chery J5 was towed into Chery Milnerton - Cape Town for clutch repair 19 January 2015. It was email after phone call and all I was told is that they are waiting for the part from Johannesburg. After 2 weeks I had to request a quote (you would think they will give you a quote without asking) and I was then told that the master cylinder needs to be replaced. I involved the dealer principal and the Head of Customer Care Janinne Talbot. Three weeks later 6 February 2015 my car was finally fixed. When i fetched the car the immobiliser/central locking did not work. One of the technicians fiddled around with the key without fixing it. I had to leave to go fetch my kids at school so I told them they will have to send somebody to my work to have a look at it because it worked when they received the car. It is now more than two weeks later and nobody contacted me regarding this
