Silver Lakes - Worst customer service ever. Product guarantee my foot. Almost a month of emails back and worth and then to be told no return, no exchange, no refund. The Len table (round glass table) is simply dangerous. Three of the four leg fixings came loose from the glass top and the table collapsed. Thankfully no one was injured. In store we were told that they have received many complaints re this table but instead of doing the right thing, i.e recalling this very dangerous product they want to repair it. Someone is going to get injured and when they do I wouldn’t want to be in Decofurn’ shoes because this review and warning is now on record.

iWYZE - What a disappointment. I have been a customer of iWYZE since 2014. I have four vehicles and my household contents insured with them. On 27/09 I traded in one of the vehicles and purchased a new vehicle. I contacted IWYZE and arranged that the old vehicle is removed and that the new vehicle is added. All good I thought until I received an sms on 13/10 @ 19:10 stating that it is a requirement for my policy to have a tracking device installed with Stolen Vehicle Recovery capability. This has never been a requirement on my policy and I did the due diligence to review the policy. Nowhere is there any mention that this is a requirement in my policy schedule. I tried to contact IWYZE after waiting for 20 minutes on the phone for someone to speak to I eventually gave up. On 27/10 at midnight I received an email stating once again that it is a requirement of the policy to have a tracking device installed and without it I do not have cover for hi-jacking or theft. I contacted iWYZE on the 28/10 waiting once again for 20 minutes for my call to be answered. After spending an hour on the phone with the agent going through the policy schedule and confirming that the requirement is not specified I was promised that I would receive a phone call re. this matter within 48 hours. Surprise, Surprise still no IWYZE. I subsequently logged three further requests on the 02/11, 04/11 and the 05/11 for feedback and receiving an email every time stating that I would be contacted within 48 hours - again no iWYZE. As I was being held to ransom, I had no choice but to install the trackers and spend additional money for the next 36 months to pay for the tracking service. I believe I gave iWYZE ample opportunity to engage with me, but clearly I am not important to them as a customer. Finally, thank you iWYZE for this experience ! It leaves me with a very bad taste in my mouth .......
