I have placed my order 3 months back, and till date they can not supply my order. I were unable to provide my son with a xmas present and now a birthday present as I paid, but they just do not send out my order!
I placed my order the 9th of December. 2 months later and still haven't received my order, only response I am receiving is they are awaiting their material, but with no promise date or any indication of when I will receive. You have to pay immediately but have to wait this long for an order. I understand 10-15 working days, I accepted the December shut down period but we passed that already.
I visited the optometrist on 23 January 2026, and I was informed on Tuesday, 3 February 2026, that my glasses had arrived. However, upon arrival to collect them, I was advised that they could not be released because Umvuzo Health has not yet authorised the claim. This resulted in an unnecessary trip and additional transport costs, only to be informed that I cannot receive my glasses. Furthermore, no one is able to advise how long the authorisation process will take. This delay is unacceptable, as I have never previously experienced such prolonged waiting periods for approval of a glasses claim. In past instances, authorization was completed by the time the glasses were ready for collection. I would therefore appreciate urgent assistance and clarification on the reason for this delay and when I can expect resolution.

September 2024 *****ulant transactions were made on my mobicred account, my account were locked and investigated, an till date (Junr 2025) my account were not yet re-opened, no statements are being received and no feedback on when this will be done is being received. But I am still paying every month. Fed up with asking for feedback and no one able to give me a defnite answer, also no one available to assist with account balance.
Ordered a second time around and now does not get my order or any feedback from them. Seems they are also ****ming people now. Such a shame!
Ordered online at 14:10 and asked for my order to be ready for collection at 15:30, when I arrived at Steers, they only started my order and only received by order 15:45, due to this I were late for another appointment, can't see why you have to wait if you have ordered more than an hour ago. This is not acceptable. @ Steers Phalaborwa
Ordered a Cappuccino on Saturday 30 March 2024 at Koswerf, lady at till told me that I will only be able to order Cuppachino again on Tuesday 2nd April due to their milk finished and they dont receive deliveries over the weekend. Very poor planning, it is a long weekend and you can not even order a Cuppachino.
I reported our municipal drain that is full and needs to be cleaned, and all the municipality can tell me is that he is awaiting feedback. Our drains are full and a health issue and smelly as well. How can it take more than 2 days to come and clean? This is not aceptable. Ref no: 27/25/03/24
