Nothing has been done with my complaint and it's been two weeks already with no help.
MTN is the worst cell phone company ever with most poor security for clients. I never had a business with Mtn before nor contract with them .I never bought their phones in my life. 2021 December there was ***** happened on my name . I saw a debit going off my account and it MTN cellphone .I called then I was told I have two contact phone that I recently took in November which I don't know about.I was advised to visit the MTN branch with affidavit explaining that I don't know the contract and certified ID CV copy which I did take it to Meadodale MTN branch and I was assisted by David .I was told that contract will get cancelled. Now I receive phone call from Says recoveries that I owe MTN phones that were delivered to summer set garden in Cape town for R15535.50 I called David Green about it He escalated the matter to Mark Ash and Melissa James. They requested same document that I gave to David but I gave them I told that now am on debt collection for something I don't know it very annoying and frustrating to look MTN massing my credit score that I have worked hard for it . Now my credit score I affected .wesbank declined my application because of MTN . It been two years now with no help. I just want MTN to remove my name on ITC as it's all your fault to allow people apply for contract and can't verify the documents submitted to you. I went to the branch yesterday Dwaine Jonker Confirm that the contract was cancelled but my name was never removed. Can I please get someone to help me At MTN ***** to help me .
Cell c is the worst service provider ever with a hole lot of inexperienced consultant . I had a 2year contract with them since April 2019 to April 2021which I paid in full .I knew I don't owe them because the contract ended. Late 2021i received letter that I owe them R790.00 when I called to find out ,a consultant told me that I owe because I was supposed to call in and cancel the contract since I did not cancel then they change my SIM card into a prepaid sim .I don't know and I didn't understand how and why I didn't get answers for that til today because the same SIM card they change I reported it to them to cancel and block since it got lost with the phone however I was paying my full monthly installments as agreed. A week later I called in again got a different consultant and told me same thing to pay cz it's massing my credit score negatively. September 2021i paid the amount in full and I sent proofofpayment to cellc@paybillassist.co.za,collection queries and proofofpayment@cellc.co.za. 2 months later I received a letter stating last notice to avoid hand over for the amount I paid In September.i called cell c again and they said I must send proof of payment again and I did.then I received an email tha I should not have paid that amount now I have a credit balance with them. I must again send the proof of payment so they can refund me consultant did and give a ref no 2011200196 and nothing happened I called again consultant give me onother reff 31008287still nothing . 2weeks later I then called cell c again for follow up I got a lady by the name Lehobo ...rlehobo@contractor.cellc.co.za she promised to escalate but still I haven't hear anything from cellc till today. I want my refund of R790.00can some help please I want my money 💵 hle. Regards Samukelisiwe Dlamini

Hello. Kindly assist. I am soo not happy about cell c customer service.i had contact with cell c from m 2019 April ending 2021 April .I was ok till my contact got expired .I lost the fone In 2020 August which had no insurance,I reported the phone and the SIM card they were both blocked.come April 2021contact got excited but they continued debiting my account extra till July I called in they said the have changed my SIM to from contact yo prepaidso they have been sending me data on a Blocked SIM card I dnt know how possible is that. They said m now in areas with R790 in July well I paid it all in August i call called them again to advise that I have done the payment I was told to email the proof of payment to customer care who I did . Now in October they sent me a final letter demanding the payment I made in August. And they are affecting my credit beura scoring because the handed me over for payment I did three months ago. I also sent this proof of payment to collectionsqueries@cellc.co.za. Really not happy I would not even recommend any one I know not to engage with cell c .
