So I've been with Vox for almost 2 years A week ago I asked them to allow me to leave by 1 November because their service is terrible. I have a 50mbps line but get 5.60mbps connection and pay over R700pm Jerome (the manager) then calls and sends a technician out and says oh he will bring a different micotik box because it's faulty. A technician comes and says he is not doing anything. This isn't his problem. He only guarantees internet if it's with a lan cable. Today a week later I WhatsApp in. They do a software upgrade and they ******* the box. Now no internet. Again. Manager Carl Winn Calls. I've never had an agent sound so disgusted to me talking to a client in my life. Tells me it's my fault for calling in. That's why they upgraded it and it *******ed. I should have had a back up router cause he has one. Also need to use my mobile data to get a reference as he refuses to give one. Then has the nerve to hang up If this is your service, okay. But please release my line. Refund me my month subscription And allow me to move on from y'all. This is horrid that I'm begging for service all the time!!
Ordered a package that just can't seem to be delivered!!! Their ladies are so unhelpful and keeps changing stories. I'll rather go buy clothing in the store. It's pathetic that this is the one company that has monopoly over Curro uniforms
I ordered a package on Monday 2 packages, the second one was delivered. This not. From same company! The service is appealing Call the call center and the girl literally hangs up on me after waiting for 15 minutes!

This is the one place i will never go near again and will never send anyone to her wither We rented dresses on 28.10.2021 and they insisted it be paid there and then and that all funds clear in thei account. so bridesmaid dresses were paid. The bride paid her rental deposit and was to pay balane on collection. The veil of her dress was a seperate payment and Mckaylin knew it was a seperate as it was a gift to bride, Thus it was paid in full as well. The bride had a very small budget. Bride ended up not collecting the dress and only teh bridesmaid dresses. An email was sent to advise teh dress will nto be collected. Dresses returned early and on time the monday. Mckaylin says that she will check on teh veil but that the deposit most likely will be returned. and will notify us on teh 1 bridesmaid dress as it apparently has srains on. Rose then calls the wedneday to say the dresses has been cleaned and that 2 dresses will be refunded but 1 has stains etc. Also now claims veil damage deposit cannot be retunred due to dress not being collected but tehy have teh dress damage deporit and teh veil was never even used thus in perfect condition and no need to retain damage deposit. She also states that payment is being processed now. Says bride owes them money - but when bride calls her she says no money is due Its been 2 weeks since, no funds. Natasha wont answer her phone and sms saying she paid money. No money reflected in any account. Rose confirms on statement no money was paid and is now unavailable. I have never had a worst experiece of theft and lies from a business owner!
