Wanted to buy an Electricity Voucher and they told me that i need to have a previous slip or Eskom Card, they said its a procedure , was so frustrated as i was in dark , they didn't bother to explain so i understand why they came up with that procedure

Awaiting for my certificate
I was doing Accounting for Tax in Financial Statement, completed in June and I have been waiting for my Certificate, When I sent an email they respond saying that they have send it, for which I cant find it on my emails ,therefore I am not happy about the way you've handled my query.
