Coretech Group and Richard and totally unreliable. He has been promising for weeks now to come and install the panels and batteries that we have paid for, after he had a long story about needing funds. We will see if he comes today as promised. The work that they have already done is substandard, as they don't clean up after themselves and we even had to remove the port where the USB's go in because there was dust from drilling in the ports.
The gift was received and looked just as was advertised, but the gift card that was ordered ( and paid for) extra was not with the gift and the recipient did not know who it was from.
Nomanla Klaas from Dotsure was very helpful when i submitted my first claim on Dotsure. She made the experience effortless.
Do not do business with these people. They are ****mers. I asked them a year ago to remind us of a subscription, before renewal is due. Now they have invoiced us again without a reminder, saying that we have to pay their invoice before they will cancel our subscription. They are ******.
Chanelle Hechter from Dotsure.co.za was outstanding in her service over the phone. Not only was she very professional but she was friendly and helpful. When I needed to take an urgent business call, she called me back after a while and the process could be finalized.
Fedex is the worst company when it comes to service delivery. I always have to ask for shipping documents when I have to pay forex over to my foreign suppliers. They should know that ALL shipping documents are required by the reserve bank before funds can be released. I am always short of either the HAW or the customs release document or the customs worksheet. Why is this company even still operating and their bad service tolerated. I try and use them as little as possible, but unfortunately my suppliers send orders with them and then I am left with the nightmare of getting supporting documents from them. Sis Fedex, you might as well be a parastatal of the SA government due to your bad service and incompetence.
Products are phenomenal and at a good price. Delivery is on time, and when a product is damaged they are very quick to send a replacement, as happened to my daughter with a broken bottle. The only issue that I sometimes have is with the online payment system maybe Ozow will work better than Payfast.
My profile has been de-linked from my husbands profile for the third time in a year. No explanations, just suddenly I went from Diamond status to Blue status. My gym visits for March (when we joined) and April not reflecting. After many emails, still no joy. They just say that they allocated the visits from when we joined, which they say is from May. There is just no winning with these idiots managing my profile.
