I am furious with MetroFibre! They have *******ly debited me four times more than I should be debited. I have just upgraded to a 500mbs line which should cost R1099 and they HAVE DEBITED ME R4600 TODAY! AND NOW THEY'RE GHOSTING ME! No-one has come back to me and conveniently it is the weekend - SO THEY SIT WITH MY MONEY IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE WEEKEND and I can't pay my other expenses. THIS IS ***** THEY DON'T HAVE THE DECENCY TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THIS THEFT NEVER MIND PAY IT BACK TO ME. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE THEY RUNNING?
Trying to renew my subscription with Canva.com and Capitec tells me that my Mastercard has been blocked because Mastercard has blocked all payments to Microsoft and Canva.com. I have tried contacting Mastercard with no response at all. I need this subscription for my work! And no way to contact Mastercard to sort this out. I even private messaged them on their Facebook page. Their customer support number on their website doesn't get answered. So annoying
October last year I decided to reactivate my RAIN account on the same device I had previously. It didn't work so I tried to get help to get it working again. I phoned numerous times. The problem is THERE IS NOWHERE TO GO TO. I wanted to take my device and SIM to sort out the problem. So I haven't been able to use my contract and despite, my asking for help and not receiving it, they are happy to debit my account. I demand a refund. Now when I try to cancel, they sms me to say the final payment (another payment besides the one TODAY) will go through.

Fraudsters cleaned out my Capitec Bank accounts and this is the response I got today from Capitec: Good day Cheryl, Forensics has advised that all funds have been utilized and that were are unable to retrieve these funds, the matter needs to be dealt with on a criminal level with SAPS. I have emailed Altcoin trader to have the fraudulent account blocked. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. That's it - NO refund and NO investigation. I emailed them all the proof. AND the fraudulent Facebook page is still live. Looking for another bank and trying to come to terms with the fact that I'll never get my money back from Capitec.
