Telkom is debiting my account with R4717, we went to the telkom store at Mall of the North in Polokwane, they told me us that someone *****ulently open an account with my details and requested affidavit, ID COPY, 3 months bank statement and proof of address. We requested the information of the person who opened the account as requested by the police as we opened a case and We were told that they only have the address of the person and they were unable to provide us with the information. And they promised us that the matter has been resolved and they won't debit the account again. But to our surprise, Telkom has tried to debit my account again, despite written confirmation via sms on the 20th of April that case number: 71110794 has been resolved. On the 3rd of May we received an sms that a Account customer 191745480 has been suspended due to credit limit. May you kindly please assist with this matter please.
I had the worst experience with the company, they are not forthcoming with information or statements requests. There's a variance in the amount paid and amount allocated. I've been sending emails, submitting online requests and phoning but that doesn't seem to help much

I ordered 3 products from Snatcher, and they only delivered 2, I've been requesting a refund for the undelivered product since November 2022, but to date I'm still struggling to get my refund 🙃 - yet their refund policy is 7 working day.
We received a dstv premium rewards upgrade - was supposed to be active for 30 days. The upgrade was effective from the 15th January and automatically downgraded Midnight 31st Jan. Now Multichoice wants us to pay R267,42 for Pro-rata premium upgrade effective from the 1st Feb
Dstv rewards a scam. I was supposed to get an upgrade on the 15th, we sent numerous emails, which are not being responded. We was supposed to get DStversary reward from the 1st of December, which was also surprisingly taken away. The rewards decreases despite having all the products active without any reason
I'm facing difficulties getting my refund from Snatcher, every week they come up with a different story
According to snatcher, replacement of products takes 7 days, in my case I waited over a month with no luck. I requested a refund, I was told I must wait a further 8 days and I'm still waive my monies to be paid 😡
Delivery was slow, some products not working as expected, some Bulbs too big, return pick was fast, but have to wait 7 working to be processed.
