In March 2023 I app**** for a personal loan at Sanlam Personal loans which turned out to be DirectAxis. In September DirectAxis decided unilaterally to take the payment 5 days earlier which put my account in arrears for R5. In January 2024 I queried it as it came up on my credit record making me a high risk On 27 February 2024 I received a letter for DirectAxis showing them as Sanlam Personal Loans that I am not in Arrears. I requested feedback on 5 March 2024 and have had no response to date even though they claim that the turnaround time is 24 - 48 hours. Today I paid the final installment and my credit record still shows that I am a high risk as I am R6 in arrears.
Dotsure has always provided exceptional service in assessing claims from the vet. The money is back in my account within 24 hours of submitting the claim and an excellent explanation is provided together with the statement of reimbursables if they do not pay the full account.
Gabriela followed up whenever she committed to do so. She seems knowledgeable on dotsure as a company and the products that they provide. I will highly recommend Gabriella as a Dotsure agent

Nedbank does not understand what customer service means..... but the a fish rots from the head They don't take you money seriously, they seriously take your money Had personal loan with Nedbank which they wouldn't close and the balance went from R60 to R270 over two months which I eventually paid to get them out of my life. Similarly I paid off my credit card and received a letter confirming that it is closed, just to receive a statement indicating that I still owe them R391. Closed my professional banking account together with all my other accounts. Nedbank will never respond to HelloPeter complaints. They are too arrogant for that. As i said earlier in this - A fish rots from the head - and Nedbank will continue to lose market share without Mike even blinking an eye
