what company makes a person wait more than the hour on the phone to speak to an agent. absolutely poor service and not user friendly at all. im trying to call them cause my internet is not working and need to update banking details and its so hard to even get a payment link. i am appauled that i am waiting over an hour to speak to an agent using my own airtime which is about to run out

I visited debonairs in phoenix by gem city last night and i was appauled and the condition of the place and the food i ordered. There were ****roaches on the floor my child was so scared . The pizza we ordered were the two large pizzas and it was terrible. There was so much tamato sauce smothered on the base and the topping was thrown haphazardly on top with big gaps in between: The taste was so bad i will never ever buy or eat a pizza from there again. When last did you have a health inspection of this business how can ****roaches be running around a restaurant. Years ago this was a really good franchise but now it is shocking to see how bad and unkept it is the standards have dropped.
im am appaulled at the service from budget car warranty. They are ****s and not a company that keeps to their word. I signed up for a car warranty and the gentleman on the phone assured me that this will cover all components of my engine i even requested a telephone recording of this. Now when i have break down and need their assistance they tell me they dont cover the turbo of the vehicle which is part of the engine. They tell me the turbo is not part of the engine. How can this be possible cause when we signed up they assured us that all components were covered. I have requested from them to stop debiting me and cancel this warranty but they still debit me. They need to pay me back for all the months i paid, cause they are a bunch of ****s. i want my money back and will not deal with a unreliable company like them. Now i need to pay to fix my own car which was their responsibility. Funny how these companies find it so easy to pass the buck.
It’s very disappointing that when you buy 4 packs of chicken but to find out the the chicken was off after it’s been cooked and complete deck of food gets wasted. This was cooked to feed the community which was not feed on the day.
I'm so sick and tired of the messages I keep getting from mix Telematics saying I owe them money. Yes I would be owing if I bought a product but I cancelled a service last year and they are still billing me for it. They even have an audacity to send me a message saying they will hand me over for R159, 00. Again I have cancelled this product last year and I owe you nothing stop harassing and threatening your ex clients. I have made over 10 calls to them and no one answers the call so I can deal with this issue.
I am so annoyed with this company cause my contract ended last year with them and a agent called me asking me if I want to continue and I refused. Till date I keep receiving SMS and emails showing that I must pay a monthly installment to Telematics. I have sent countless emails to this company telling them to stop billing me and stop contacting me cause I'm no longer a client. I am still receiving billing and being charged every month. This is unacceptable and this company needs to catch a wake up. Clearly some one is confused there. I try to call them and never get through, so I'm utilizing this platform to get a message to them to tell them please stop messaging me and stop billing me.
