Poor housekeeping and unsafe conditions at McDonalds Groblersdal mall
I had a bad observation on the 2nd of April 2025 at Groblersdal McDonald and it was actually a tri-peat. They do not even try to keep their toilets clean. They went as far as keeping the floors wet and putting peoples lives in danger, risk of falling. This particular franchise is really bad for a sit in.

Poor service delivery and inhuman behaviour from the Eskom staff at Mamphokgo CNC
Poor service delivery from Eskom Mamphokgo CNC. The employees there are sleeping the whole day and when you ask for help they have locked the gates and they send the poor security to respond to complaints. These women there are lazy and inhuman. We had a power surge since Saturday the 26th October 2024 and even on the 29th the issue is not resolved and they did not even send someone to check the fault. It is just a blown fuse near a transformer.

Poor workmanship and poor service
I took my car in to Land Rover Menlyn for an issue with the battery and they checked everything and gave me a report with everything in good order and also highlighted what was replaced. They also took my car for a test drive but failed to pick up that my engine mountings have failed. A few days later I took my car in at Land Rover Sandton for a 165 point check and the engine mountings were reported to be faulty, so that lead to my motor plan extension to have existing faults. If you go there, you will regret it

A good restaurant with a poor customer care
Food is good, aesthetics excellent but they do not take the safety of their customers as priorit. My wife was injured by their faulty bag stand and they did not take responsibility.

Poor network coverage What’s the use of having data but not being able to use it. Poor service from MTN. Their call centres never answer customers calls.

Gossiping stuff and tellers with poor service
Middelburg Mall branch Very poor service from the tellers and staff. The ladies at the tills in the food section talk bad about people. They will make you feel small because they gossip about customers as they leave. On the 26November2021, they opened until late but let their stuff knock off early. It was such a mess with long ques and the gossiping as usual. Tellers not able to login because of passwords and stuff. This shop is messed up. Poorest of all services.
