Please do not buy marinated chicken wings from Checkers Heiderand Mall Mosselbay I bought marinated chicken wings by Checkers Heiderand Mall and it was rotten the packet showed sell by date 01/01/2025 I bought it on 29/12/2024 and I wanted to cook it today 01/01/2025 and it was already rotten and completely off my fridge stinks of rotten chicken wings I phoned Checkers Heiderand Mall Mosselbay and spoke to the admin manager and she said she doesn't know what to do she will ask the branch manager to call me tomorrow I told her I stay in Grootbrakrivier and she doesn't know if they can refund me on my petrol as I have to travel R200 all the way to Mosselbay to get a refund of R86 Poor service deliver from absolutely terrible Checkers Heiderand Mall Mosselbay

I am on holiday, and was suporting the hotel's pirates Tower coctail bar on the beach front, all the time because they had KWV Brandy on promotion. On the 10th late afternoon I went there again and ordered a KWV promo and saw the bartender tacking a diffident bottle, then asked him to bring me the bottle. I then saw that it was Wellington, I said to him this is not KWV, he replied it was Finnish. I asked him to see the manager, when he brought over another gentleman, where I asked him the same but he also said that it is finish but he is not the manager and said the manager is at the Diaz Hotel. I went to the hotel and found the manager and asek him the same question, he replied that it was finish, and I told him it is false advertising, and he is cheeting his customers. He then went to take of the poster. But did not refund me and was rude. 20 minutes later he brought a bottle of KWV to the bar. How unprofessional for a Hotel. I will never go back to support them as they are crooks and cheats.

Poor service from FedEx Express in Port Moresby Papua New Guinea. Lack of delivering parcel, agent says tried 3 times to find my address. I emailed the agent a clear Google map and location of my physical address for delivery of parcel.i cannot understand how a big firm like FedEx struggles to find an address which is clearly devined on google maps. Clearly visible and possible to find the address how is this possible???

No wifi coverage, only one side of the geust house no proper wifi that covers all rooms, not a neat garden saw some rats running around, our 2nd room geyser did not work, the owner promised only to fix once their insurance came to fix the geyser, for 2 weeks we suffered no hot water, asked the owner of the geusthome if we could not use the spare room in the mean time until the geyser was fixed, she refused said she will refund us a minimum amount of R500 for 2 weeks without any hot water. Also the main bedroom where we stayed the bathroom washbowl was broken and leaked. The dog was a problem always scratched in the black rubble bags, untidy the whole garden with rubble all over the place. Only later on the owner came with a solution, to tell us after so many days went by and after I complained we must put the black bag in the courtyard. The owners also are never available during the day, to speak to them they work for corporate companies during the day, hard to communicate via whatsap. Not a nice geusthome I would suggest any guest to visit.
