i have an account with Telkom and its up to date and to my surprise i found out that my account has been handed to certain lawyers who then inform me that my Telkom account has been handed to them .I called Telkom for several months asking them about this matter and every time when I call them,they tell me that my account is up to date...I asked them to contact that lawyer to rectify the mistake but with no help. I have sent them the email from that lawyer and the contact details but I still didn't get any help from Telkom 2. I called Telkom again to update my account with Experian as i called Experian to check my credit score and they told me that Telkom didn't update my account since last year thats why my credit score is not being updated...I called them several time about this matter and Telkom promised me that they will updated it but nothing has happened...Im stucked with Telkom....i have lodged the complaints,sent emails and called them but they didn't come to my aid...Please Telkom attend to my complaints

Last month I have seen that Telkom has updated my account because my score went up by 6 points Now I see that this month my score is still the same as last month. I want to know why my account is not updated because I have paid my account

Cear score report A new enquiry was added to BY PDF VAF and was added to my February report Enquiry date:03 February 2022 Company NAME PDG VAF2 Kindly remove the fraudsters PDG VAF from my credit score report because it's going to affect my credit score. I was going through my credit report and I was shocked to see an Enquiry made by standard bank which I have no idea about it.I I have never ever made an application with standard bank and I don't bank with them. Please I request that you investigate this matter and remove me from your system because this is ruining my life as it affects my credit score.. Please I beg you
