I bought 2 bikes from them. A rebuild Fatboy which, according to Johan Claasen only needed a drive belt still. One year later, after lies upon lies, I simply drove there with a trailer and loaded it, with random spare parts in a box. I've spent R45k so far just to start it up, and it looks like another R30K to finish it. It was thus, an entire rebuild. The 2nd bike was a Breakout paid in full. After nine months of lies upon lies I still don't have the Natis papers. I appointed a lawyer who established that it is still under Finance with Wesbank, who now claim the bike from me.
Took my faulty Longiness in to the Menlyn store, still under warranty. Never heard from them again. Can't phone the store or head office as all nrs provided are faulty. Went to the store and was told to wait outside for security reasons. I just left. Disgusted
After being a MTN customer since 1998, and never missing a payment, I started having unchecked transactions Feb 2022. I reported it at least 6 times without any response what so ever. I had no choice but to stop my debit order. I went to head office to beg for reason, and was not even answered, simply handed over to debt collectors.
I payed for my order through their website, went off my account, never heard a word again. I've sent numerous emails to them over 5 weeks, not a single response
Great products, TERRIBLE service. I had to continuously follow up on why the order was delayed, and then some of the products delivered were completely wrong. After the delivery, despite emails and daily phone calls we are simply ignored
I booked a table for 6 Christmas day 2021 At the Cedar Square restaurant. I received a confirmation email. Upon arrival on 25 December 12:00 the restaurant was closed. No nrs provided were answered. Management did contact m on the 27th, and claimed that a cancelation email and sms was sent. I asked for any sort of proof of this but heard nothing further.
Tried to book a ride at OR Thambo. The app just hang saying "contacting your driver". I tried 3 times over half an hour then my card was blocked on the app. Now there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to contact Uber. I was simply cut off from using the service
