I'm very upset and disappointed by the service of pineapple, I specifically told them to debit my account on 20th January 2025 and the lady agreed because currently I'm covered with Absa idirect. To my surprise, my account is debited on 31 December 2024 and now I'm paying 2 car insurance for one vehicle in December and I can't afford that. I want my policy with pineapple insurance canceled because they are dishonest and not trustworthy because how can you agree over the phone on the 20th January 2024 then debit on 31 December 2024. They took me for a fool and I don't want the cover anymore and I want my money back, cancel the insurance.
Tracker debited my account after I told the agent that I am canceling, no longer taking the offer but got better deal elsewhere. The worst part is, a tracking device was never installed on my vehicle 😑
Terrible and poor service at Woolworths, I have sent emails and paid all money requested from me but no assisted. I want to settle my credit card account but they are giving me a run around which makes the account to accumulate charges. It's easy to apply for credit but when settling it, it's a problem.
I don't receive statements from this company , PREMIER OPTICAL claimed R790 from my medical Aid and I went there for an eye-test because according to my knowledge they were supposed to claim R250. When I call Isoleso they just give me the run around without giving me proper assistance. I want my money back to my medical aid except for the eyetest I did.
Their service is bad, I went for eye-test at Premier Optical Jabulani Mall and the doctor claimed R790, when I asked for a statement I was denied and asked for the money to be reversed because I didn't receive any glasses; I was told to go to the doctor and request he do the refund because they can't. I went to Premier Optical Jabulani Mall and they keep giving me stories and it's been 3 weeks now and the bankmed callntre people stories as well. it's been 3 weeks now , no assistance.
Money still not transferred, My colleagues and I opened a Stokvel account in January this year and we saved money up until in November 2021, 3 of us went to bank to transfer the money to our accounts; we were told to open FNB accounts first then transfer from the Stokvel to the fnb personal accounts. We did that last week Thursday on 25\11\2021 until now no money was transferred, we have been to pillar to post but is still not transferred and people want their money but the staff is not helping us but keep coming with stories why the money was not transferred.
