My aunt very kindly purchased a gazebo online from Makro (she lives in CPT) and it was delivered to me in DBN. I received the product, the morning after I had put it up there was a little bit of wind and the product ripped and even the metal frame work snapped and bent. The metal was far too soft for a product such as this. I returned it to Makro (Springfield) and was told they would not accept it back as it was purchased online. I then waited almost a month for the courier to collect from me and take it all the way back to CPT to be assessed. An outcome was FINALLY advised, they would refund to my aunt in full. They advised her on the 5th February and to date, not a cent. This is shocking to say the least. I then (not even sure why I bothered to support the outlet) purchased a fridge. It was delivered in a box to my home and upon opening and setting up realised the water dispenser tank had no cap. So basically any smells or bacteria can get in there. When I enquired with Makro I was told the manufacturer mentioned it was a defect and didnt come with one. I am still waiting. What is going on Makro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have had a personal loan with Nedbank for almost two years, not once have I been sent a statement. When calling Nedbank they cannot help me as the cell phone number doesnt match. They have a cell phone number that belonged to me 6 years before I even took the loan. Im horrified. How do I get a statement? absolutely shocking.
I have never had such poor customer service in my life. My mother paid 50% of her glasses as this is requested before they can begin making them. Assuming they were ready as the payment was made months ago, I called them to arrange to pay the balance and collect the glasses. They had no record of the payment, when they eventually tracked it down (another company deals with their payments), they then advised the glasses havent been made and they have also lost a measurement so my mother would have to go in again. all of this back and forth via phone was a weeks worth - shocking! I then requested a refund and we will go elsewhere to which I was told that my mother would be liable for the consult. I am fed up!
I have honestly had terrible service. a month into having my car I had to put 4 pints of oil in, guzzles fuel and sounds like a tractor. central locking is faulty and I cannot get in and out of my car without unlocking and locking at least 6 times. i was issued one key which I now have to use a pencil to press lock and unlock. I'm appalled. The faults have been continuously reported from 6 days after purchase. my car is now in their workshop since Saturday morning and I have not heard a word and have no vehicle.
I have recently bought a vehicle through we buy cars. Within 7 days things started going wrong. It seems small cosmetic things were done and started unravelling. It has been way more than a week since a lodged a formal complaint as the salesman said he can't help me and I have to escalate it. I am appalled at the service. This was a vehicle I paid cash for. Hard earned money
Value for money at its best. They dont shortcut anywhere. Portion sizes are amanzing. to feed a family of 6 and have leftovers for the next day for under R380 is incredible. Their food is fresh and so tasty.
Absolutely amazing service. Value for money is a cer*****y. they are so helpful from design work to printing and proofing. I wont go anywhere else. I have been to them for school project printing, flyers and business cards and even such beautiful christmas place settings.
