Caring for our puppy Zion in 2025 has been such a positive, reassuring, and truly special experience from start to finish. As first-time pawrents, we had so many questions, worries, and moments of uncer*****y - but from day one, Kaitlin made us feel completely supported and confident. Zion has absolutely thrived at Pawfect Puppy Care. Knowing she was in a safe, loving, and attentive environment meant we never had to worry about him for a single moment. I’m so angry with Incredible Connections. This has to be the worst online service I have ever received. I’ve been waiting for my order and have spoken to over 12 consultants with no help. They have told me that Louisa Baloyi will call me or Tshepo will escalate but no one has come back to me. This camera was bought with my money but I’m being treated like it’s a free gift. Incredible Connections really needs to close shop if this is how they treat customers. I’m still waiting and no assistance has been given. This is the most useless service in SA.
I am currently sitting with the worst experience of my life dealing with CMH Honda Hatfield. They have sold me a BMW that has a suspended motor plan- of which I kept asking for service history and they kept saying they will send it. This service history would have made me see that the motor plan on this car is suspended. The worst part is that they knew and their only focus is to repair the car because now it has wire issues. It’s only been a month and I am already struggling to this point. The Franchise Director listened to my query and I appreciate it. However the Honda CMH is not taking their car back with is going against CPA within 6 months. I’m utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with such dishonesty from a seller that pretended to not know anything about this issue nor disclose it. All I need is for them to take their car back and let me go.
