I placed an order with Temu and the courier service I got from fast way, I must say I’m very disappointed. I had two orders and every time I track the parcel it’ll say they were not successful with the delivery. Here is the status below; Courier status: Last Scanned: 2025-05-14 08:00:41 Depot Location: Johannesburg Status: The courier attempted delivery but was unable to locate the consignee. I provided my contact information where I can be reached either by phone call, WhatsApp or message (SMS) but no phone call or message received from the driver. This is poor service. Worse of all this is my second order and the first one had to returned to Temu. I already communicated with Temu and they said I must contact Fastway. What’s worse is that they are not even reachable either by WhatsApp or phone call. This is the worst service ever. I even made arrangements for someone to sign for the parcel since I am at the office. On the previous order I even gave the consultant I was chatting with on their chat online asked for alternative contact information and I provided him with the information. Is this how Fastway treat their customers?
Very bad service and I am so angry. This is a second time losing an order because of fast way. On the first incident they were supposed to deliver my Avon order and I never received the package yet they stated on their track update that the order was delivered. When we called they advised that the driver was hijacked or something which didn't add up. Now I placed another order and they took time to deliver that I had to call Avon on the 2nd May 2023 to change the delivery address and a request was sent for the delivery reroute providing the address where the order is supposed to go. Fast way responded to Avon on the 3rd May 2023 that the order was delivered yet I was not home and the signature is not even mine. This is unacceptable. According to the SMS I received from them with track number AM0004769137 the order was supposed to be delivered Saturday the 29th April 2023. The order didn’t arrive on the date stated on the SMS
Hi, It seems I have received an sms stating that I have activated a "Vodago WIG and comp Laptop & Tab ins (R751 - R1500)". I have infact not asked for this to be activated. Please help me understand what this is and how to remove it (if need be) Kind regards, Boitumelo
