I have a unauthorized debut order deduction for a subscription I didn't take nor have any signed contract an now bank is refusing to cancel the debit order an I'm unable to cancel it with best internet.. it's unfair that each month money been deducted from my account as this amount can be used for other expenses... Sales agent who authorized debit order against potential clients just for commission should be taken to task for this illegal an frankly disrespectful behavior. Please could you find a way to resolve this issues or I'll have to continue to escalate it to the ombudsman as I believe I'm been unfairly treated
I have a Vodacom number which I been struggling to do a sim swap for the past week an om told Rmcs needs to do the sim swap for me I've tried emails which aren't responded to an also tried calling only to be on hold for over a hour at my own airtime expensive I need help getting their contact details or having an agent get back to me with regards to how I can get my number back an cancel this subscription
For The past week I've been trying to do a sim swap. I've contacted Vodacom multiple times I'm sure if they check the records regarding this query which I've logged with different agents. My number seems to be linked with some RMC contract yet by my knowledge om a Vodacom client I've been send for one pillar to the next I'm Frustrated as everything is link to my number an I haven't gotten any feedback back altjouy I'm promised that a agebt would contact me
