I took out vehicle finance with Wesbank on the 10 of August 2024. The dealership didn't inform me that the vehicle was in a major accident and was on auction prior to my purchase. I sent Wesbank evidence of this, but because the aerial manager (Norman Sibanda) gets his car fixed by the dealership's mechanic its been a nightmare getting an exchange of goods or cancelling the finance. The vehicle has had 11 repairs since I bought it last year and it's still not moving. I've had it waiting for them and the MOISA alike.
I bought a car from them in August 2024, I drove it until November. The engine of my car ceased after they had assured me that they serviced the car prior to me taking it off the floor. I haven't seen it since November the 30th of 2024. They've been looking for an engine replacement to this day. To make matters worse I had to approach the ombudsman just to get a courtesy car out of them. Which I only received nearly three months later. They then gave me a car that wasn't road worthy. No brake pads, the wheels needed alignment and balancing. I'm not holding my breath on getting my money back when or if I have to return the vehicle. At this rate I might as well be driving the courtesy car which costs a whole lot less than my Ford fiesta ST might I add. I'm paying for a car I don't have. Their salesman are great, but their leadership and service are horrific. To top it off Wesbank doesn't want to lose a deal so they've also incorporated stalling tactics to aid them.Go elsewhere. Run.
I've been handed over to a debt collection company for a contract that was cancelled last year. I spent four months trying to cancel the contract and when I finally did, I get handed over to MBC. I thought I'd be dealing with cell c in future but this is seriously demotivating. Not to mention my credit score is being affected because of this. Please assist me to prove that the contract is paid up.
Just when I thought my query was solved, cell c strikes at my bank account again. I received confirmation of my cancelled contract after a 4 month struggle only to be debited again. Not on.
I'm still waiting for a call back from cell c to assist me with a contract I cancelled nearly 5 months ago. I've been getting debited and I've been reversing the debit order time and time again. They've still been sending me data which then obligates me to pay again. It's ridiculous. I'm been held captive.
Was once a good company. Not anymore. Stay clear. I cancelled my contract 4 months ago, I didn't receive a confirmation SMS. I was then debited. I called in to be told that they had no evidence of my cancellation. I asked about the recording (02nd Sep 2021), they opened a case, gave me the case number 1090202340 and told me I'd be contacted within two days. That never happened. I called again on the 9th of Sep, I was given another reference number (2109090000096348) and I was told they'd call me in two days. And finally I called in the 14th of Sep and yes you guessed it (2109140000099206) I've been reversing the stop order ever since. Today however, it couldn't be reversed. So I called in...and the issue still isn't resolved. They'll get back to me on Friday they said.
