I'm sharing this for those considering a Prokard Membership. At first glance, it seems appealing with its free night voucher and "stay one night, get one night free" offers. However, I've attempted to use these vouchers in various cities multiple times without success. The vouchers are essentially worthless, likely part of a calculated strategy where only a limited number are actually usable, leaving the consumer with little chance of benefiting. In short, it's not worth it—don't fall for their sales pitch. I hope this helps with your decision to purchase.
I've had a stellar experience with Furniture spot from the initial sales experience to following up and delivery. In just 24 hours after payment, my couch was delivered by a very obliging and capable crew with their manager notifying me every step of the way. The quality of the couch is still yet to stand the test of time but my labrador just loves lounging on the "wild whiskey premium leather". Just keep doing what you are doing! I've got a few more orders to place...
Greetings Thrifty I would like to bring to your attention that I've hired a vehicle (vito) from the 6th - 13th November 2021 from Lanseria. I drove down to Umhlanga and the vehicle was in a poor condition. It probably had an accident as the allignment was off. The doors did not close properly. During the Journey, I made contact with your King Shaka branch for a replacement but was told that there wasn't one and we had to wait a day or two. Due to our full schedule, we could not exchange the vehicle. We were also told that all other vehicles had higher mileage. I did chat to the staff at Lanseria on return as the vito was a real terrible hire. I've still not been contacted as requested. Not having learnt my lesson, I requested a 2nd hire (Mercedes C Class) from your Randburg Branch for the 27th of November 2021 from Dawid Blom (Thrifty Call Centre). I went to fetch the car only to find out that there wasn't one for me. Not even in a similar class. What a waste of my Saturday morning? I was told that the manager was meant to call me. I'm yet to receive a phone call. I will not use Thrifty again and will also advise anyone against using your company. Shoddy service, really unreliable vehicles. Thrifty doesn't come close to the service received at Avis. Good luck with your business thriving in our current economic landscape.
