Good evening. I was at Pick n Pay Kempton square(05 August 2025@15:44) service is very poor in that store...you wait(que) for everything. I qued to buy baked bread I went to the self cutting bread machine and the bread didn't cut nice. I couldn't take it home in the form that it looked and it was not hot when I was cutting it. So the reasonable thing to do was to swap it for a better one so the better one was white bread. So I was informed that I can swap it at the till because of the small price difference. A supervisor(Makie Maloka) was called and I told her what happened and she was not capable o solving that problem and escalated it to the store manager(Lishani Mawela)-who was apparently in a meeting.
McDonald kempton park(monument street) I had a very very very bad experience today 22 September 2024 time 7:48am I am a regular customer in the above restaurant...I walk in sat down started to check my plans for the day in less than 20min I was approached or interrupted by Reginald Lekgare(Guest specialist leader) with a so unfriendly approach...asking me if I will place an order...that guy has seen me many times in the restaurant and I always order a meal so we started exchanging words I also ask him who said I will not order? Am so disappointed with the McDonald's customer service...is this how you treat your regular customers????? Is it your procedure that when I enter the shop I must order...what if I want to have a meeting and order after or what if am waiting for friend so that we can share a meal together???? Few minutes after Reginald left I thought I would sit in peace he came back with Valentina Mmamushi(Shift manager)...she was just a joke...no management skills, no customer care she can't even resolve a simple small conflict(no communication skills) She can't answer constructive questions she couldn't identify herself name and position I had to ask her 3 times. I love having breakfast at McDonald...but if this is how you treat your regular customer I need to find myself another restaurant that offers good customer experience. Good day my name is Bongani. I was at Cell C store in Festival Mall today around 12:15 I was assisted by Maqdeline. I normal buy Cell C Flexi data 50G day 50G night R200. So this time I wanted 50G for 6 months for R500. My impression was that every month I get 50G day 50G night for 6 months it was a good deal to me. I went through with the purchase only then when I was confirming the pakage/deal I was told that its only 50G for 6 months and to be honest I was shocked because its a rip off and there is no value for money. If I was informed correctly about the product I could have purchased the one for 50G day and 50G night for R200 because its the data. Am not happy with the product, I want the refund(R500) and purchase normal data for R200.
