I ordered on the 30th of November via online purchase, only for my order to be delivered in half on the 04th of Dec and till today I have not received the rest of my order. I called and no one is telling me where my order is my emails are being ignored. The consultant Aphila Giyose **** and told me my delivery is on the way whereas when I track on the Clicks app it is still under processing?????? He could not give me a straight answer as to why my delivery was split. This was meant to be a XMAS gift for heavens sake and it is the 24th of Dec still no order or AT LEAST some form of communication. I AM NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING AGAIN FROM CLICKS EVER!!!!!!!!!
I can not believe I still have to report Vodacom's pathetic and condescending service. I have been calling and no one wants to take accountability nor assist me with an issue yet they are able to send me messages threatening that I have to pay my account whereas they deduct more than what they should monthly. Vodacom is full of ****mers I regret doing business with these people

Please close my account as there is absolutely no use for it. I have been trying to make an online purchase and it is not going through. I have spoken to 6 useless agents from fraud, rcs and builders my card was blocked and I have never received an explanation as to why it was blocked. I had to miss work to go to the offices in Soweto to get a new card but I STILL CAN NOT THIS THE DAMN CARD!!! Remove my name and close this pathetic account
This complaint is regarding Vodacom Repairs I have booked in my Hisense H50 Zoom phone at Vodacom Jabulani Mall on the 6th Feb 2022. I have been phoning them and they keep telling me stories and my phone is not ready for collection even when I go to the store I receive a really negative attitude from the consultants. They have now blocked my number every time I try to call them. I am highly disappointed about such a service I never expected such from Vodacom. All I need is my phone back it is still under warranty have every right to get it fixed
Still haven't received my order from Oct its now Feb, I am starting to believe these people are scammers but I am taking this further and its not going to end nicely for them
POOR SERVICE I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN. NUMBERS DO NOT WORK, WA AND INSTA MESSAGES NOT ANSWERED. EMAILS ARE IGNORED. THE SAD THING IS WE PAY CASH AND YET WE GET APPALING SERVICE. I WAS REALLY EXCITED TO SUPPORT A LOCAL BRAND THE VERY FIRST TIME SEEING THE SNEAKERS ON INSTA I PLACED AN ORDER NOT KNOWING I WOULD HAVE SUCH A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY I DONT THINK I EVER WANT TO ASSOCIATE MYSELF WITH YOUR BRAND ANYMORE BRING BACK MY MONEY #2089. IF YOU ONLY COMMUNICATED WITH YOUR CLIENTS THINGS WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER SO YOU PEOPLE JUST DECIDE TO IGNORE US
Pathetic service at Debonairs Jabulani mall, they don't answer calls it's been 2 hours I'm still waiting for my pizza worse I already paid for this stupid service. Worse I'm going to get the worst delivery guy with attitude as always. I've never had a nice experience Debonairs it is the worst 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
