No Delivery, no communication 😡
I am so disappointed and annoyed with Essops furniture. I made an online purchase 3weeks ago and I haven’t received any communication regarding my delivery. I’ve been calling and they promise to get back to me and no one does. Instead I’m being sent from one department to another. I’m so annoyed and when I asked for a full refund they said they not sure of the process. How can u not know that??? I’m fuming at this point.

Spoke to an agent called Londi and she was so helpful, everything was straight forward and took less than 15 minutes...very helpful

Worse service ever, they purposely give you incorrect food.
I have never been so disappointed with you guys, what url did on Friday is totally unacceptable. Hubby and I came through and ordered Lamb Bunny chow and Lamb Breyani. I complained that my Breyani had no meat at all.. url apologised and blamed it on load shedding that u cudnt see which is ridiculous. Url offered to start over, it’s worse that u had the audacity to give me beef meat instead of lamb thinking I wudnt notice. U take people for a ride.

Besides them being scammers, they are Parthenon liars who take you for a ride and believe they would pay. They still haven’t done anything and came here on hello Peter and pretended as if they would do something. They didn’t even apologise. Their service is pathetic and disgusting.

PMD Insurance is a SCAM!!! Don’t evn think of using it, if u are Cancel it immediately they won’t help you!!!
Most pathetic Insurance Ever, our car broke down in the middle of know where 2months back, we called them for assistance nd wer on the road for more then 4hours. We kept calling them nd every consultant wud say something different. We had to find our own way back home . Our Vehicle is still here nd isn’t working, we’ve made endless calls, spoke to Samantha and Buhle instead every consultant will tell us a different story. It’s been 2months with no vehicle yet we’ve been paying premiums monthly. This provider is pathetic and doesn’t deliver. I will never recommend it to any1 instead I will urge every1 to cancel it. It’s a total SCAM!!!!

Makro Cornubia is a disgrace, I’m beyond angry.
I am beyond irritated with Makro, I regret purchasing there. They are so arrogant and disrespectful, never keep their promises. Even their management is pathetic and useless. Not even once they they even bother with contacting after several emails and call, not to mention even after I had to drive there. It’s been a full month and I’m still sitting with this wrong product! I’m fuming to the core!!!! This is my 2nd review with the same issue.. I’m fed up and I believe this was done on purpose where they deliver what u didn’t order hoping you won’t notice.

Worse service from Makro
I received the worst service ever from Makro Cornubia together with their online department. It’s been a month already and I’m still sitting with an incorrect order. Even after I went directly into the store, they are arrogant and didn’t care less. They advised my correct order would be delivered the following day, till today nothing. I’m beyond irritated. This was initially a gift for my daughters bday and thanks to Makro my daughter still hasn’t received her gift a month later. Worse service ever!!! Ive been calling and emailing daily with no resolution.
