The agent took the time to explain everything in detail and i was left satisfied that all my questions were answered
I had the worst experience at this dealership with individuals that have taken zero accountability at Audi Centre Durban. I took my car in for regular service on Thursday (9 Jan 2025), i forgot to take out my wallet, nor was i reminded to when i left it there. I called immediately when I realized (7:30am) and they assured me that they would keep it safe, only to have money ****** out of my car and other valuables when i fetched it later. When I notified the manager (Reagal Lane) i was told that they would have never done such a thing (implying that i was lying) After much debate, he agreed to look at the footage and get back to me on Monday (13 Jan) I have still not received a call and when i call, i am told that they have not had the time to look into the matter. I have never experienced such at any other audi dealership and besides the matter, the behavior of this team towards me has been less than amusing!
I usually consume +-100gb of data per month, for the month of Feb the tower was down/slow for most of the month, i called in to complain and was given the usual run around that the tower had an alarm and a technician would assist. i then cancelled my membership and was then debited the full amount even though it clearly states that the sim was active all month yet i could only use 20gb. I spoke to a Magdeline from the support team who refuses to understand that im not upset about the debit but the fact that i shall not be credited for days when my usage was negligent. This is theft and i plan to complain on every single social platform till i am credited what is due to me.
