I've ordered on the 13th of November and no feedback!!! It says order processing but on website it says delivery in 3-5 days!!! This is unacceptable!!! I've paid a lot of money for my order and no feedback!!! Not one email about my order!!! When I emailed them, the email came back and said undelivered. Is this even a legitimate company or only a ****????
My account doesn't make sense. This moth I didn't even receive an invoice. Finally found it and now all of a sudden I have a subscription of R200 I know nothing about. Also my 1.5 gig SIM was only used for a werk since it was lost and only later did a SIM swap, the account is much higher than the contract and according to the app I haven't over spend any of my limits. I try to phone Telkom but the stupid automated voice sends me in circles and I can't talk to any human!!! This is unbelievable!! What a disappointment!!
I phoned about a week ago to cancel my gap cover. They said I should write an email to cancel. I've done so. Someone will then call me. So far I have received no phone call and watch, end of the month they're going to debit me cause they are deur die ***!!!

I phoned 3 times to cancel my insurance! They put me through to the cancellation department and then I hold for upto 20 minutes before I give up and hang up. My debit has now gone off and I have insurance for a vehicle I don't own anymore! I want my installment back and my insurance cancelled!
I had to pay R800 and something in June. I did. I called and cancelled the service. Now I get emails, calls and SMS that says I need to pay R400 and what what and that I'm handed over. They don't pick their phones (what if it was an emergency), they don't phone back! Their calls are recorded so they can't say I didn't cancel. I don't know how they do business! They uave no clue what's going on with their clients! I never had an issue with Tracker!
My Tech zone is debiting me every month for a service I do not have! I have cancelled the subscription in less than 24 hours in taking the contract. My information wasn’t even loaded onto the system when I cancelled. I can’t reverse the debit order from my bank either and no one at my Tech Zone can assist me in reversing the debit order or to cancel the debit order. When I try to talk to someone they just put the phone down! This is unacceptable!! I want my money back!!!
Freedom debt is sharing personal information with other clients and forwarding emails to their whole client base containing personal information. This goes against the Popi act! I want to be removed from the list! I had my debt reviewed by another company and I was not supposed to be under debt review at all and even though I can afford my payments, Freedom debt refuses to clear my name!!!
I have requested a call back from Sanlam Life Insurance department, it’s been 4 days now and nothing! They phone me to let me know someone will phone me in the next 24 hours but no representative has phoned me thus far! When I submit contact info from other companies they phone back in minutes! This is very bad service. Thinking of cancelling my Gap cover with Sanlam. If they can’t phone you back, how long will a claim take!!!
