Its not often you find someone in Client service that goes the extra mile these days. Well I received such excellent service from Carmen of MyDebtHero today that I had no hesitation in sharing my experience in Hello Peter. I just wish more people were like her.

I was ****med by this so-called business. They took my money and sent me an SMS confirming my order. With a tracking number and estimated delivery date of the 17th April. When I checked the link on the sms on the 16th it showed that my order was delivered on the 15th. There was no delivery. Unfortunately, it was too late to have my bank reverse the payment.

Cataract Surgery was a breeze!
I would like to thank Dr. Hein van Wyk (Surgeon), Dr. Schalk van Wyk (Anaesthetist), and the staff of Keravision for their amazing professionalism and superb workmanship during my cataract surgery at the VisioMed Eye Laser Clinic. What an amazing experience! The people at the clinic were kind and caring and really put my mind at ease about the surgery. I can recommend everyone who was involved to anyone who is still worried about having cataract surgery. Do it! You will not be sorry because you are in good hands!

What a lovely Online Shopping experience with Dis-Chem
I would like to compliment Dischem on their online shopping and delivery service that I experienced over the past few days. I was kept up to date daily, sometimes twice a day on the progress of my order. Today I was told the driver was on her way with my order and I could actually watch where her car was as it was on its way to my house. The driver Nonhlanhla was friendly and professional. I took my parcel inside and imagine my surprise when I opened the box and found Dis-Chem had included 4 free samples of Dove Body Wash, Anti perspirant and Shampoo and Conditioner. That was a lovely surprise. Thank you for the great online shopping experience, Dis-Chem.
