STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY
I bought a Barbados Corner Lounge Set from this company. I was not happy with the item and returned it on 19 November 2024 two weeks later I have still not received my refund every time I call they say it is still with the third party, I never purchased from a third party. I then got a messaged say that my Lounge Set has still not been delivered to them by the courier company. How can it take two weeks to pick up an item and deliver the product back to supplier to receive the refund. I have phoned them every day and they just give me some excuses. What a terrible company please do not use them.

DSTV what a disgusting company
I had DSTV gugulethu staying at my guest house they smashed a massive glass and stole my rugs resulting in damage of R4500. I spoke to them over a hundred times and they told me they had deposited the money for damages to date no money has arrived. When I phone they ignore my calls tell me they putting me through to Thandiswa the manage and I'm just left on hold. Spoke to the owner he claims money was paid to me and it was not what a lier. What a disgusting company so horrible and dishonest. Is this the way DSTV want to represent themselves when staff destroy a guest house.

Theft and destruction of our property
We got hold of Jaen from Fiducia on your site on 10 December 2020, 5 months later and tapes, plastering our home destroyed, cracked and damaged tiles outside. Expensive tiles are destroyed and cannot be cleaned as the order of the work done incorrectly and leaving our expensive tiles to be damaged with paint and cements and unable to be cleaned. Fish pond left uncompleted, painting our house, and leaving it unfinished over plaster that was done by an guy off the side of the street and unqualified leaving our walls unsightlly and rought and uneven, having to replaster. Nothing was prepared properly all half done to extract money out of us and having to redo all the painting, roof painted yet tiles and roof not repaired wasting all our expensive paint on the walls and roof and having to do it all over again. Demanading that we buy more paint and they would steal the paint and use it on other jobs. Tiles are all damaged, plumbing and electrical work done that has to be redone as he is not a qualified plumber. or electrician. We have to rip up all our expensive tiles in our bathroom to redo the plumping because it was done all wrong. They stole all the copper that was bought for the plumbing . Over R100 000 worth of building materials stolen. Alarm system that cost us R45 000 completely destroyed. Door hung on completely incorrectly and the handle was destroyed and damaged. DSTV was removed and had to be set up again. Your site for tradespeople leaves a person vulnerable to all kinds of unskilled and untrained workmanship. We have no way of knowing if they are qualified to do the job. Jaen conned us into adding more work that was needed and then never finishing the work and demanding more money. We are left completely destroyed and shattered by this company.

Poor workmanship, damage to your existing property and theft
I'm employed a builder off your site Bark only to find out he was not capable of doing to job. He damaged and stole our building materials. He did jobs with out the qualifications and having to re do all the work as poor workmanship. Incomplete work and poor. Damage to our property and alarm system. Damage to our remote gate and having to reconnect and change locks as he stole the keys. Very disappointed the company is Jarn from Fiducia renovation. Oak Glen Bellville. Incorrect product sold to us
Account 64089527 Dear Mweb, I would like to lodge a complaint with your company for the incorrect package that was sold to Philip Harris. 21 Wader Crescent, Flamingo Vlei, were there was one person and one PC and you sold Philip Harris a package that was impossible to use up in one month., Charging him in excess amount of money each month because he was unaware of the fact that the amount of bandwidth would be suitable for an entire office. Forcing him into your contact and that, when we want to cancel we are penalised with having to pay a cancellation fee. Then your company sold us a package which had a huge amount of data not needed for a family of 3 and a huge amount of bandwidth at our own personal home 11 Elise Way, Hout Bay, that exceeded our needs and again had to pay an unnecessary amount of money each month to your company and not use the full amount of data and bandwidth. Please could you rectify our current package at 11 Elise Rd, Hout Bay, Cape Town, 7806, and cancel the 21 Wader Crescent with immediate effect. Your staff have no concern about their customers, only the profit of your company and given incorrect advice and sold the incorrect products so your company can profit from us. The bigger the company the less you care about your clients and you can rip people off. Little or no concern that over the years, we were sold a product that your staff member, working on commission benefited from and we had to be burned by our stupidity and ignorance. Greed and absolute no concern for your customer, as you have the power to deliberately rip innocent people off. Very disappointed in your company and the completely inaccurate advice given to us by your staff members. Perhaps your staff members are trained to make sure they sell us the incorrect packages so your company can take our money and you can reap the rewards. Clearly your company is not here to give honest advice and the correct packages that suit the customers needs but to deliberately and maliciously steal from their clients.

Unprofessional, Rude and don't answer calls
We have moved out of the property at 21 Wader Cresent, Flamingo Vlie and it's has been standing empty for the last two months. When we contacted Stephanie who is part owner at Interrealty estate agency to ask for our deposit, we got a rude and unhelpful response. What a dreadful company to deal with. She never returned my calls or emails. Made excuses about returning our money. Sending my fiance message threading me and then not looking at my Whatapp messages. Not answering calls. Completely unprofessional. When I did call she had an angry tone lashed out at me for calling her. Was very unhelpful, rude and disgusting person to deal with. Anyone that does business with them should take caution. They are very unprofessional and dealing with them is an absolute night mare. Stephanie was rude, with a really bad attitude. It felt like she was malicious and Callus. We hope to never have anything to do with Interrealty estate agency and would want others to be careful. They all nice and helpful when signing the lease. When asking for your deposit back they become cold and hostile. You really don't want to have the same experience we have. You will just be blocked and ignored. Rather deal with well know professional companies these small companies are so unethical.
