If I could zero stars I would. When something is too good to be true, it probably is. At the age of 48 you’d think I’d know that by now. I have become one of those people who has been taken for a ride by a designer and project manager redoing my kitchen. I was promised the world and then some. She was slick and made me feel like she was going to make my dream kitchen come true. Now 13 weeks into the project. She is busy. Her contractors are no where to be seen. Problem after problem. Mistakes after mistake. Excuse after excuse. A case of over promising and under delivering. I am absolutely devastated. I’m without a kitchen and down a fortune. She is be avoided completely. No one should have to go through this. If I can help at least one person avoid such disappointed then maybe I will feel a bit better.

Poor workmanship, damage and unprofessionalism
We got hold of Jarn on your site on 10 December 2020, 5 months later and tapes, plastering our home destroyed, cracked and damaged tiles outside. Fish pond left uncompleted, painting our house yet nothing was prepared properly and having to redo all the painting, roof starting to paint yet tiles are all damaged, plumbing and electrical work done that has to be redone as he is not a qualified plumber. or electrician. Over R100 000 worth of building materials stolen. Alarm system that cost us R45 000 completely destroyed. Door hung on completely incorrectly and the handle was destroyed and damaged. DSTV removed and had to set up again. Your site for tradespeople leaves a person vulnerable to all kinds of unskilled and untrained workmanship. We have no way of knowing if they are qualified to do the job. I will never in the future use your site to get any trade people as you do not verify that they have the qualifications and are capable of doing the job. Regards Nicky 0833043675

I used this company to do renovations on my roof in 2019. Gary and his staff redid my entire roof, buildt a braai and a car port in my entertainment area. My roof showed signs of leaking this year 2020, with the first rain fall. I contacted Gary to come out and look at the job as it was still under warranty. He said he would come but thereafter just ignored all calls and messages. The other 2 jobs he did was also not to satisfation, leaks by carport and braai area not finished off properly. We have once again learned a lesson, don't use these mickey mouse companies, who over promises and under delivers.

Net 'n vriendelike waarskuwing aan Brackenfellers: Moet nooit ooit gebruik maak van Chanor Constructions of Cango Kitchen Solutions nie, hulle kom NIE hulle woord na nie. Altyd vol verskonings waarom hul nie op die afgespreekte, bevestigde dag en tyd opdaag om werk te doen nie. EN dan antwoord hul gladnie w/apps nie. DIS nou die behandeling wat mens kry van jou eie nasie. Die werk is nie baie groot nie, so, dis hoekom daar nie moeite/respek is nadat mens hul inlig hul kwotasie is aanvaar nie. Gelukkig het ek hul nog geen sent betaal nie!!!
