Megabus has the worst customer service, I wonder why people are still using them. 😡😡 I found their office locked twice, when I wanted to cancel my bus ticket. At the end of the month, they deduct the bus fare from my salary. When you call them, they keep transferring you to people who do not know what their job. Mxm!! And the fact that they don't even take these reviews serious, they do not improve...is just...😡😡😡😡
I app**** for accomodation last week, I was asked to send documentation, which I did and was approved. They sent the quotation of the amount I was to pay before signing the lease. I did Pay. When I was supposed to get the lease, they now tell me of some documents that they need to process my application. I have moved out of my previous place and am now stranded because they say I cannot move in without the lease. I have been sending the documents they say the need, but everyday, they come up with new documents they are needed.. I have not had a place to stay for the past 3 days, and it seems they just don't care. I am only keeping up with all this because I have already paid and now do not have an alternative accomodation, but honestly I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Their service is just horrible. And this I say before even moving in...imagine!!!
I withdrew money from an online merchant that I was working with on the 09th of October 2021, which was said to take within 48hrs to reflect on my Tymebank. I waited...2 weeks after, I called the merchant, they said the withdrawal was successful on their side, I need to check with my bank, I called Tymebank, the lady who was helping me said there is no money. The merchant resent the money to my account, till date I still have not received any money on my account. I read complaints from others about Tymebank witholding people's monies without reason. Shouldn't we be alerted when they decide to withhold our monies? Im now having second thoughts about Tymebank.
