COJ's service is alarmingly putrid. They switched off my electricity on the 31st Oct 2025 and only switched back on around the 20th of Dec 2025, and in that time somewhere in Nov 2025, they send another team to come and switch it off, whilst it was already off. The odesity they have to charge us for electricity consumption for the entire period it was off is mind blowing. The lady that assisted us at COJ Roodepoort, told us blatantly, they don't care whether it was off or not, we must pay. How is that fair and how does it make sense, to pay for electricity we never used, and mind you the meter was off for the entire time. They based their false and ******** charge on estimates. We wrote them many emails and they are just ignored us. This is a direct violating of treating us fairly and a violation of ethics.
I contacted Vox on the 29/30 of November informing them that I'm moving house and I need to services 8nstalled at my new property. No communication from them or Vumatel. I had to phone them several times to enquire about the progress. My call has been "escalated" twice yesterday, till now, no teamleader or manager has phoned me. Vumatel phoned me ones yesterday, which I missed and said they tried several times to get hold of me. They send me an email saying the earliest they can come and install it is on the 9th of Jan. How the **** is that possible when i informed the Vox on the 29/30 Nov of my move. I called them now and was holding on the line for 1 hour whilst I'm being told I'm next in the queue. This level of putrid and appalling service is on another ****ed up level.
I am utterly disappointed with the appalling service I have received from Vox Telecom. Despite clear agreements regarding payment terms for a Microsoft package subscription, my services were inexplicably suspended well before the agreed-upon date. Initially, I was assured by their consultant that the first installment would only be due on the 20th of July. However, to my shock, I received a suspension notice indicating that I had defaulted on payment, which was completely untrue based on our discussions. The lack of competence and communication from Vox Telecom is staggering. They have not only failed to honor their commitment but have also caused significant disruption to my business operations. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I attempted to resolve this matter promptly by reaching out to them, but the response was inadequate and unhelpful. It appears they have no regard for their customers' concerns or the agreements they make. I am now forced to consider involving consumer advocacy services due to their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and their failure to rectify this situation promptly. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before committing. Their inability to manage even the simplest of agreements and their disregard for customer welfare is a clear indicator of their incompetence.
Good afternoon, this is really getting out of hand, I am struggling to get assistance. I have phoned 4 times now, everytime the call drops because I am being transfered from pillar to post. I don't know where their employees gets their training from, but they should go and ask for their money back, because they give the ****tiest service. They are not doing me a ****en favour, I'm paying my hard earned cash for service, which they are not giving me. I am really fed up with this ****. I need my bill sorted out, so I can make payment asap.
Whenever my services gets suspended and I make payment, my Telkom LTE sim always takes forever to be reactivated and when I phone Vox, the consultants are always rude and have stinking attitudes. I am paying for a service and yet they treat me like they are doing me a favor and yet I'm paying these ****ers. They have the worst ****en agents giving customer service. These ****ers have the nerve to tell me they not going to reimburse me for the inconvenience they are causing me. I am going to report them to the telecoms tribunal. I am sick and tired of being treated like this, its sickening.
You should change your name from "Openserve" to "Noserve" This is now pathetically ridiculous, I have never in my life seen pathetic service like this, and yet you were supposed to be the leader in this industry, your services are more off then on. I would not recommend you, even if you were the last service provider on the planet. You lack communication skills in that you don't even have the decency to inform your clients via sms of any infra structure issues. You are not doing us any favors, we are paying you for services rendered, in this case, not rendered. How do you expect me to make full payment if my services was more off then on, I demand compensation for emotional and physical unrest caused by your lack of service delivery.
I have never in my life come across bad service that sucks ass like I did with Vox Telecoms. It's been 2 weeks now, no communication from them. I have to phone them every time. After 2 weeks, still no installation, when I followed up for the last time, I was informed that there was conflict at the address. Not even the decency to let a person know. I had to call in multiple times cos I was either placed on hold or the call just drops to cancel @ 11:42 and when I followed up @12:39, the cancelation was not processed as was requested, apparently it was still scheduled for installation. I will never in a million years recommend Vox Telecoms to anybody. They need to go and learn service etiquette from Gersh Fritz @ Open Link Communications. I have after many attempts received a mail whereby a lady at Vox Telecoms sent a mail through to request the immediate cancelation, I will kot be held liable for any costs incurred and cancelation fees due to their ignorance of the fact. They should shame themselves, Gersh Fritz at Open Link Communication should do their training for them, because they know ziltch about service.
I have been with quite a few of Internet Service Providers, but I must say that the service that I am getting from Open Link surpasses them all in all avenues. I would like to congratulate Gersh and his team for rendering excellent service to their clients. I would recommend Open Link Communications to everybody far and wide, their service is nothing short of extraordinarly out of this world. Thank you team for always exceeding ones expectations, keep up the good work.
