I have been supporting Dis-Chem Mondeor for many years now and I never used to have any problems. Lately with my repeat scripts, I get generic meds, which I insist I don't want, or I get the wrong meds, or when I collect, get told to come back due a short supply. Due to it happening so often, My patience has run out and I have decided to change pharmacy. So Dis-Chem loses my monthly R3000.00 just on Chronic meds.

Dischem has really gone backwards. They have never got the medication that is prescribed, they always just want to offer generic. Lately my chronic medication is being supp**** incorrectly and they don't have the correct quantities.
If you can avoid them, do so. I got a call back from the salesman telling me "all has been approved, I must just come in and sign the documents." I go in, do that and pay a deposit, more than 50%. I question when can I expect delivery, he tells me "Accounts are not happy with bank statements alone, even though it shows salary, they want payslips. Company closed till mid January, for payslips and Rochester sitting with my money. Unfair I'd say.
I have a repeat prescription at Dis-Chem Mondeor. In the last five months I have had to go back three times for them to rectify mistakes that they have made while preparing my medication. Surely a pharmacist must be able to count. I can really not believe how badly and the rate at which Dis-Chem has deteriorated.
Packets of coffee on special. Marked 2 for R140. So I ordered a case of 12 online. Once I print the order confirmation I see I am not charged R840 but R906. I phoned and queried. The idiots tell me i should not have bought a case but rather 12 loose packs. Can some one please tell me what it is that I am missing, what is the difference?
Worst service ever experienced. I even went from Johannesburg to the address they advertise to get my money back from Mr Maritz. I have been promised a refund since October 2021, after I never received my order that I placed in April 2021. Still waiting.
I placed an order on the 28/04/2021 and was promised I would have my part in 7 to 10 days. After continuously sitting on them, they said it would take 3 months due to Covid. I then got a reply they had the part and I would have it shortly. After that, they blame the riots. So I canceled my order in October, but am still waiting for my refund. Never do business with them again. Never.
