Ordered a pizza costing almost R300 from this Andiccio Pizza shop in Pretoria leaving many other brands closer to my house and the food never arrived for my anniversary. Someone called me from the shop to advise that they didn't have the necessary ingredients to complete order and asked him to cancel order and he didn't do that instead asked another restaurant even further away from my place of residence [Menlyn] for order to be delivered at ungodly hours of the night and expect me to be awake and eat dinner near to 00:00 hrs when I had ordered 3 hours earlier. I called in the shop and the very same person said there's nothing he can do refunding and compensate for this terrible client experience. Sorry for my loss. Despite multiple attempts to contact the shop and or, regional manager no communication has been received. Tried contacting support on Uber Eats, only to be met with robotic responses and endless hold times. Absolutely unacceptable service - completely ruined my dinner plans and left me hungry and frustrated. Avoid supporting this franchise at all costs if you have a special occasion or just need your food delivered.

Called in through the Nedbank Contact Centre regarding my profile with Nedbank regarding my account being suspended restricted due to FICA Verification being in progress since December 2022. I am supposed to receive funds in excees of R100 000 to my account and have debit orders that need to run off this account and yet nothing can happen both receiving and going out. Visitied the Brooklyn Mall branch two times and unfortunately can not get assisted and getting sent pillar to post as no one is sounding to be informed. 600000864979
Hi Nedbank Client Feedback I made the attached payment to an attorney firm in which I had to perform according to my contract obligation and all monies needed to reflect in their account on or before the 24th of June 2022. They haven’t received this payment and money went out of my account and when I look at the history there is indeed no history recorded on the money app. Can you please assist with the above matter as soon as yesterday as currently I am placed on terms and will lose all monies and deposits paid over to them if the above is not in their account by tomorrow which is the 1st of June. I called customer care at 13:20 hrs and got placed on hold for 36 minutes 17 seconds that was when my airtime ran out, you can investigate why the consultant didn’t call back or had me on for that long. Should this not be resolved and I fail to perform on my agreement I will hold the financial institution liable for damages and loses suffered. Looking forward to hear from you. Regards
Hopefully there is an FNB rep here that can help. I got robbed of my phones and laptop last week and the insurance company needs ITC numbers to prove that I have blacklisted the phone and currently I am unable to get ITC from FNB Connect and I decided to drive and go into a branch. The director or first impressions yesterday Sophia Baloi and her colleague from Menlyn Branch refused to assist me with blacklisting the phone or even pointing me to the right direction yet FNB is the network service provider. I walk into a Vodacom for my other line and instantly issued with an ITC for the blocked phone.
