My contract started 2022-12-20. A 36 month contract. That means the contract ends 2025-12-20!!!!!!! I wanted to cancel but now they tell me the contract only ends in April 2026..... Since when are the contracts 40 months? When I questioned this, they said I can only upgrade now(which I am not interested in), but cancellation is only in April!!! That is *****!!!! If I want to cancel now, I must pay premature cancellation fees!!! They keep referring me to the contract, but even on the contract it states 36 months!!!!! NOWHERE does it state 40 months!!! I went to the store and they said they will escalate the matter and come back to me. That was 2 months ago. NO REPLY!!!!! I phoned Vodacom multiple times and each time it says I will receive emails!!! NOTHING!!!!!!! I. WANT. ANSWERS!!!!!!!!!

GFX express is terrible and so unreliable
Received a message that my parcel was delivered and signed for this morning at 06:05 in Soweto. I dont even live close to Soweto and also did not receive my parcel. When you phone the company, it says lines are congested and ends the call. Extremely unprofessional. Please Temu, stop using them!!!!

They say their products are proudly South African made. But once you've paid, you see it must be imported from China and will take 10 to 20 working days. They answer no emails. If you want answers regarding your parcel, you have to pay R15 to speak to an expert. No updates regarding shipping, and everything is in Chinese, so you have no clue as to what is going on. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I ordered the 18th of December, and still nothing or even a update

7 March 2022 I signed a contract for the promotion regarding S21FE phone and free tablet. Going on 3 months now, no tablet and NO feedback!!! Every time I contacted Key West Vodacom where I signed the contract, they said they would get back to me ASAP. Which never happened. Yet again after my last phone call another 2 weeks has passed with no feedback as promised. This is fraud as they are not fulfilling the contract details!!!

Fruugo steals your money
I ordered in September, but still waiting. They don't answer any emails. The order form said 2-5 days. It is 3 months, going on 4 months now
